While I can imagine the sensation and the luscious indulgence of 180 different colored pencil, I have a really hard time to buy the 120 sets. 72 pencils are more than enough different shades of color to choose from. And yet somehow you made me crave for a set of 180 pencils, just unpack and look at them. This is what insanity feels like. Thank you. Thank god I don't have the budget this very minute. I already overspent on more sensible art supplies this Summer and I need to put a stop to spending for at least a year, which will be hard. Luckily, I usually don't get haunted be these images and my imagination gone wild. :)
My mom got me a portable art set and it has these pencils. So glad to find where I can replace them! I really like using them, they’re nice to work with.

holland 98 but from what i understand there are particuler sales people on there buy cheap sell for a lot so the really infect are scamers than i think cant find another word for that
I recently got the Shuttle Art Soft core pencils in the tins which was a 174 set, they pencils look very similar to those and they felt pretty nice. Also I will say I do like that paper too, I got it to try out with pastels, but I love it with pencils too.

WoW that looks an amazing colored pencils set to add to my collection. It’s also a nice touch that they have the Disneyland Paris castle on the tin box from the 15th anniversary, as now they are celebrating the 30th 😊

Would you say that you prefer these or the Arteza coloured pencils? I love my Arteza ones. Mira, you should try using odourless mineral spirits to blend coloured pencils. I use mine on a dried up colourless blender marker. Just pour a tiny amount into one of those little screw top dressings/sauces containers so you can keep the lid on between dips (it evapourates) and use an old dish towel or washcloth to remove excess and clean the nib of the marker....no more paper towels that can't be recycled, just chuck the cloth in with the laundry when it needs a clean. Using a wet blending medium like this makes it easier to smooth out the colours, get into all the little white spots between the tooth of the paper, melts excess wax bloom and can restore some of the paper's tooth so you can get a few more layers out of your paper. If you put the lid on you barely use any so a bottle will last months if not longer.
I was wondering if these pencils were water soluble. Ever since I found out that some colored pencils can move with water, I have to test water on everything, have been surprised at some ink pens I have moving in water.
@@recoveringsoul755 you can buy actual watercolour pencils fairly inexpensively if you want that movement with water they will definitely give you a better result. My own personal battle is usually to get stuff to NOT move with water 😂 Things like using fineliners for linework or different kinds of paint/inks etc, it's always when I want them to reactivate they become tattooed to the page/canvas but if I want them to stay put I end up with a muddy mess 🤣 The mineral spirits is more like rubbing/isopropyl alcohol than water, it almost melts the pigments down. They're even better with softer pencils like Prismacolors. I remember one of the first times I used it my page went from regular coloured pencil textures with spots of white to a paint like, full coverage, smooth layout of colours. It really is worth it's weight in gold!

Those same set of pencils cost over 100 dollars for me on Amazon in Australia. Crazy price difference, think Amazon Australia might be price gouging. 🤔 15 cup things also.
Are they water soluble Mira? Seems like a lot of colored pencils do move in water to some degree. I have to test everything with water now even if it's not "supposed" to be water activated.

I saw 5 cups. Could you also link your sharpener. I a related question I saw a colour pencil hack and wonder if you have ever tried it. You dip the pencils in Vaseline wipe off the excess and use it supposedly soften the lead and makes them clour and layer better and can make cheaper pencils work more like expensive ones. you do need to clean all the Vaseline off or it will rot the lead

You make such cute drawings!! I wasn't hungry or thirsty, but had to go make coffee with hot chocolate and cream with a little cinnamon. It's too warm for this, still 84 degrees here at 4:40 pm. I hear drinking something hot is supposed to help you cool off. Maybe I should change out of this long sleeved shirt.

I am actually enjoying them more than my Prisma colors. The dead point is you can't buy singles. I still use my prisma white for certain blends.
