The original flute, oboe and horn solos are kept in its original, while conscious effort has been put to ensure that the clarinet and bassoon has the equally lush and engaging parts to play.
The wind quintet will do well with a lush and outer worldly approach to the harmony, bringing out the diminished chords and open harmonies, portraying the expansive, lonesome, yet serene life in outer space.
