When you first showed the 100 Owls chart, I was hooked so got everything I needed and started it last week. I’ve almost finished the first large owl - it’s a fun stitch and I feel like each owl will be its own mini finish.

I love having longer visits when watching flosstube. It is very enjoyable. I just received my fabric and floss for a holiday stitch that I was so graciously gifted by Amber @roguemommastitcher. It is a Soda Stitch called Santa Village 1. I also got opalescent fabric, it just screamed winter fun to me! I will be starting it in July for Christmas in July and as a birthday start.

I discovered you a few weeks ago. Love, love your videos. I think the length is perfect. It gives me an opportunity to do some work on my own projects. However, it takes me quite a bit longer than the one hour to watch your floss tube to the very end. I’m picking up my Crosstitch again after a several year hiatus. I keep pausing your video so I can look up all the various patterns you show and add them to my ever growing list. 😊

Thank you for another jam packed edition of wonderful projects! I was hoping to see Lily Maiden, she is my favorite and although I told you she was going to be my birthday start in May, I have yet to begin. I got hung up thinking about changing the fabric. I need to make a decision and dive in. You are so inspiring, you make me feel like I can do almost anything…though I took one look at that piece of fabric for Dutch Beauty and immediately gave it a hard NO, lol! I like the 1 hour timeframe, but would be faithful to you whatever you are willing to do!

    Hi Samantha,
Thank you for another fun video. I always enjoy seeing your stitching progress. Your stitching on Mira’s and Nora Corbetts is lovely and your very large samplers will be amazing! I enjoy seeing your Owl Forest projects too as I currently am working on six Owl Forest pieces myself. I started 100 Owls in 2021 and am still working on it. I am stitching the current current mystery SAL, Mushrooms and Toadstools, and am having fun stitching on it. I wish that I’d actually finish some of my WIPs but there are so many pretty designs that I see and want to start! I do enjoy videos that are about an hour long. Happy stitching 😊

Hello Samantha! Your Joan Elliott design looks amazing and the fabric you chose for it is perfect! 🎅 I am not very strictly a seasonal stitcher but I do start a Christmas project every year to stitch during the Christmas period and then I finish it at a point during the year. So, this year my Christmas WIP is "Christmas Wonderland" by Caterpillar cross stitch which I started for the Christmas Wonderland SAL but I haven't finished it on time and that will be also my Christmas in July project. I don't know what is it about Christmas, but even though I don't mind at all stitching out of season themes during the whole year, I don't like that much stitching Christmas designs out of the Christmas period, which is a problem because I don't have enough time to stitch all the Christmas patterns I like! 🎄 Very pretty finish and gorgeous WIPs and the Nora fabric you chose for the mermaid couldn't be better for that project, in my opinion, looking forward to see you stitching her on that 🧜‍♀ Thanks for the very fun episode and really looking forward to seeing you again 😀🧵🪡

40 count for Dutch Beauty? Wow…people needing larger Xs could cover an entire wall. It is more than a leap year endeavour. I have already started my Christmas in July…12 days of Christmas mini stockings of Annie Beez…stitching it three times on three colours that have different counts and approaches to beading options and the fully finish. Thankfully each stocking is a quick stitch. I am doing the Vivster flag on opalescent linen…no problems with the sparkles affecting the stitch or feel of the fabric.

Hi Samantha, on the Santa pattern by Joan Elliott you showed the floss cards, how long are your threads that you loop in those holes? Thanks, I enjoyed your video as always!

Hi Clara! Great question… I tend to pull the dmc floss 4 times from the bottom. This gives me a good length to do the loop start with! Thank you so much for watching today!

@@HyggeStitcher Thank you, I’ll try that. When I hang my floss on my floss cards, they are so long and get so messy and tangled. The length you show on your cards seems like a very manageable length. See you next time!

I will be joining you for my first SAL #AutumnIsAsJoyful SAL as I just bought my pattern. I can't wait to start. I'm a 14 count Aida stitcher so she will be a big girl. Can you suggest a fabric colour? I live in small town Ontario, Canada and have to order everything online. I have lots of white and a colour called Rice. I'm not sure if either one of those will work. Looking forward to your next video.
