Your right Michelle there are so many to choose from..but I think I agree with you with your top 4 because it was the time that I feel he was at his best in himself ..and the fifth one was Elvis’s soul..great songs too 🙏🏻👑 6 7 8 9 10 well what can you say love them all 👑

What was I 14 or 15 I was in Montgomery Wards store in Spokane Washington, downstairs record dept back then you could listen to a record before you bought it, put on 50.000.000 listened to side one, "hey this is cool" flipped the lp over, listened to big hunk of love for the 1st time, blew out what little mind I had at the time, still to this day, at almost 75 leg starts jerking around....life is fun!😁 .........................see ya

A fantastic selection Michelle, cannot disagree with any youve chosen. Some fantastic art work and photography, I think we can all agree Elvis was the camera,s friend.
What I noticed was that in your top 5, you literally chose Elvis from boy to man, from the rocker to gospel singer, both ends of the music spectrum and both reflecting just where he was at that particular time of his life. From raw and raucous to reverant , jouous and uplifting, the man really did it all.
Your presentation was a joy to watch, your face lit up as you held each sleeve and read the info about it.

@Paul Gwyn hello again I went to see what it said on the web about the photo and they are showing the photo I am referring to with the Speedway album I remember when I got the photo I was comparing it to the other photos on the Elvis For Everyone and I wondered why did they choose this one. Not that it was bad, I just remember thinking that Now it’s showing the photo with Speedway which doesn’t go at all now I’m confused Thanks for that lol
What made you so sure it didn’t come with a photo?
@Paul Gwyn funny how we remember things Then I must have gotten the photo from the speedway album the funny thing though the photo is actually on the Elvis For Everyone front album Where the different poses are from . Regardless I like the Elvis For Everyone album! Had a good vibe !

That was great fun watching that!...... don't disagree with any of your choices. What's great, is taking the time looking more in depth at the covers, all amazing in my opinion. Love Elvis is Back, fantastic songs and I'm glad to see Aloha because I love it , and I also love live at madison Square garden. I have Aloha on vinyl, I love that set I'll have to be on the look out for it x

I have He Touched Me and the Elvis Greatest Hits Gold suit vinyl albums. I also on vinyl Fun in Acapulco, GI Blues, Elvis Gold, Elvis Gold Records Volume 3 and 4, Elvis Christmas, and the Flaming Star album. My collection was stolen so I’m having to start over I’m finding the vinyl albums at a second hand record shop. I go every now and then to see what they have and I buy everything lol. They sell them inexpensive up they don’t know what they are selling they have The Beatles stuff locked up in a collectors box which is still there cuz I check it out of curiosity. The Elvis albums they have out for 4.99 to 9.99 lol if they only knew which one was the real treasure I’m not telling lol. I’m not a Beatles fan at all. Have a great week.
I hate those ragmuffins Beatles. No one has ever been as popular as Elvis.The Beatles even had the arrogance to say they were more popular than Jesus.They have even dissed Elvis although they sat on the floor by Elvis, speechless and eyes popping.How hypocrite they were.Elvis satellite show drew 1.5 billion viewers.The Beates thought thry were like Elvis and thought they could top that. Nope.They only had 250 million or so.They were definitely no Elvis . I cannot listen to them.They do not have unique voices and are so arrogant. They have no class.Elvis has it by a country mile.

It wouldn’t matter if it was an over weight Elvis sitting in a damp room in Chicago the album cover would still be great as it’s Elvis . My favourite cover is is the pink LP 40 greatest hits also Elvis at the international 1969 . Thanks Michelle good upload 👑👑👑👑👑👍

Excellent choices, Michelle. I've got to try and look up the boxed. set you have, it's very cool. Never knew they put out such a thing. There are all kinds of album covers out there. Lots of foreign issues, bootlegs, etc....And that's not even mentioning all the different record sleeves that the 45s came in.

Once upon a time I had several of those records on vinyl. Among others your number 4 and 5 and G I Blues. Than I sold all my vinyl. Stupid I know!!!! 😉👍🏻🌹

All the chart info is for USA…these albums charted a lot higher in the U.K. as U.K. charts are not split by genre…Aloha was also the first album issued in Quadrophonic to top the USA chart.

I love Girl Happy as a movie and love the album. But until the day they put me in my coffin, I’ll never understand why they put a picture of Elvis looking miserable on the album. He should have been smiling ear to ear. I would.
