Never been to an auction. Just on line stuff. Afraid as a newbie I would overpay for something I didn’t need or even want after the purchase! So thanks Gino for helping me save my cash.
Good of you to make the trip to this auction. That auctioneer has poor cadence. Good deal on the IH drill. The 5610 was the better tractor deal. I think the others were overpriced relative to the market for them or over priced relative to age and condition. But that's farm auctions for you. They always leave you scratching your head.
Those Ford Tractors are great. Way under rated. The internationals are great too, but if you had a few diff sized Fords, they all had the same 6.6 engine. Their is something to be said for commonality.
I wanted my dad to buy the new 7710 just like that one, 4 wheel drive, series 2 that the dealer had on the lot when we bought this one but he didn't like the $36k price. The dealer found this one, 3 years old and new at another dealer and Ford had big discounts to clear the older models so we bought this one. I almost put a proxy bid of $500 on the 510 drill for fun of it and see if I get lucky. I figured it would do at least what I brought.
Yes the JD went for 200+k and yes u can't work on them. But, what else would u farm 3000+ acres w/? Certainly not 70 yr old Farmall's. Like "Just A Few Acres", yourself and many other small holding farms, antique equipment is great. I have 1966 DB 990A. It fulfills all my farming needs, but I only have 35 acres. If I had 2000+ acres, I'd have to buy new equipment. That's just the way it works.
I'd rather buy two or three good old 20k tractors and have 140k to spare. By design it's go huge or go home so that small farmers can't survive. Same in all business nearly now. No small shops or anything small left.
The auctioneer is a newer caller. Running an auction is so much more than the skill of the call. So much work to put an auction together. And yes. I am an auctioneer.
@@FarmallFanatic that is very hard to get. Just fill in words. Everyone is different. When I went to school some people came in the class just rolling . Others like me. Sucked. Biggest thing to me is to be be clear and remember where you are on the bids. Are they going by the dollars . Hundreds or thousands. And when do you say Sold and move on. Some auctioneers are known to call it sold really quick if you don't jump in. Others will nickel and dime bids. I try to push fast. Buyers know they may miss out if they don't get right in. Just styles.
@@donvoll2580 Not sure if you have cataracts or smoke the weed, but the prices are right in line with what things are going for in Ontario once the exchange rate is factored in.
No understand in Michigan without a title the auctioneer wouldn’t build an auctionate that’s weird seeing it on here video registration near dime a dozen so you can get one of them anywhere but there’s no title shifters gone for 40 that’s probably because somebody’s already stalled it install the truck weird to see the auctioneer so that
They all sound rubbish to me. The best voice was the old guy in this man's videos who owns some auctions, he kept shouting out from the crowd was a natural salesman.
This ole boy really makes you appreciate the auctioneer at WTC.
I was waitin' lol
Thank you for the coverage , it's very interesting Gino ! 🇺🇸
Glad to see you finally showed some new equipment selling.
It's never what I show, it's what they sell
They had a lot of equipment at that auction and big tractors. Have a good week! See ya!

Thanks for taking us along
Hey Hello not alot of people there. That plow sold for less than scrap price what a shame but that's life. Thanks video have a great day.
Wrong time of year to sell a plow

Great video nice equipment but too high for my blood anyway have a good one see you next time

True...and that 7710 was a gem...especially for 20k
Another interesting auction 👍 my guesses at prices were way over what they actually made 🙄😳😂great video 💥
"run into a John Deere and you'll stop"🤣
AHAHAHAHAHAHAHA 🤣

1500 to 3000 is typical anymore
You should have bid on the 6 bottom. Hook it up to the 756.
🤣
That auctioneer is interesting to listen to 😂😂😂. He was struggling with numbness of the mouth.
Oh man...you're the last one he wants hearing him AHAHAHAHAHAHAHA

Anything but a John Deere
The Athens disk had at least one disk broken it certainly sold high for the condition
Agree
92 ford was NOT a powerstroke.
That redhead looks interesting! Lol
Lol
@@FarmallFanatic I was just saying! Lol
Ditto!
I didn't want to say anything, but I did see she stayed in the video.
1486 needed batteries... and probably a bit more. LOL!
AHAHAHAHAHAHAHA
1486 sold low. I thought closer to $20,000.
I had to come back and make another comment just like in every place even at auctions John Deere brings up the rear it was last at the auction
That green paint must have gold in it. At that price I could have bought the 1486 and all the fuel it could burn.
100 acre farm

Gotta have a chant though

Prices seemed a bit lite on a lot of the items.
Tractors were spot on
I guess you didnr go to auction in carrolton?
Nope
JD was steal easily worth 250k
They'll probably flip it
Good roll bar on her if she does flip
👍🏼👍🏼👍🏼
where was this auction?
Mayville, NY
If he runs into an international he'll stop!
I mean FARMALL FANATIC
8245r with a 1300 front end....walk away
Baler cheaper than the wagons that is carzy
Agree
Good day Up here in Ontario wagons usually don't go quite that high, but the baler was cheap. Thanks

Paquettes farmall museum in Florida is closing forever at the end of July! You need to ck them out!
Your equipment gos way to cheap I live in Ontario Canada now their is hardly any farm auctions here now I do miss a good auction
Very few auctions means high prices
That auctioneer has an obnoxious chant
🤣
Auctioneer is a bit strange ,, telling people what to bid ,,

🤣
A rubbish auctioneer
