Zuiderzee is just southern sea, because it used to be the opposite of the North Sea just on the other side of the dam. So it’s pronounced Zow der zee, like souther seam but with z’s and a D.
Your right with the army choices being changed. There’s been a rework with them in a recent update. And it’s division xp gain not army gain. Just means you get vets easier. No longer get the boost to army Xp gain.
I love playing Benelux countries. Even Luxembourg (but not historically). It's fun to just maximize your entrenchment and get like 10-1 kill rates against Germany. I actually got like 21% war participation as communist Luxembourg because the Germans kept throwing lives at me and I occupied Bitburg for the whole war.
Got any tips for defending? I’m always looking for new ways (especially if you get anywhere near that good of a kill rate) to defend because that’s my favorite play style.
@@thetibbiesshow Well it's easiest as Luxembourg because you only have one province, so you can easily build up maximum defense (lvl 5 air defense and lvl 10 land forts). Otherwise, my only tips are just to... make good units? Support companies are especially useful if you're playing a terrible country.
Im thinkin maybe Norway, Belgium, and then lux. Im goin down all the little democracy’s probably ending with lux because oooof, it’s gonna probably be a pain.
every path is fun, its great. same with Mexico. its wild man the guns had the two BEST focus tress in the game to date. No hate to all the other great trees, they just arent as fun as the Netherlands and Mexico trees.
hey, professional officer corps was such op before they changed it, it gave you army xp gain and xp reduction for doctrines. Its sad cuz it was good for maybe an extra doctrine for ww2 back then now you have to just accept this lost

unironically the dutch focus tree is one of my favorites in the game, idk why its not that in depth I just like playing it

What colors mod do you use ?
I sometimes use the fps map mod or just vanilla. thats about it.
If you want more war score against Japan, take all occupied territories first (China) then Korea before capitulating the homeland islands
