Wasabi under Gaoligong Mountain has strong and outstanding tastes. The leaves are very refreshing and crunchy. All parts of these plants are valuable. The leaves can be made into pickles. The roots and stems can be grounded into paste, which gives out a slight fragrance with just the right level of spiciness. Though it has a sharp taste, it is very overwhelming and addictive. Since there's newly burnt pork available, I ground some wasabi to make a dipping sauce. I also made some fungi sashimi and some snacks. It's good to enjoy a refreshing dinner together with my family.

Bcus real wasabi is very easy to spoil so its very hard to distribute it. And it also oxidize easily even when u freeze it it will still be prone to oxidization and easily brown hence why frozen fresh wasabi that are sold also have additives to it. And wasabi is actually the cheaper ingredients she used here since she also used truffle and golden fungus which are much more expensive.

There are broad categories of dish “types” but you can mix and match almost anything to your personal taste, as long as you know how to cook the individual ingredients appropriately. Because of this there is virtually an infinite number of “dishes” one can make if you’re willing to be creative.
