Derek made really insane improvements in the chest. The striations are coming in great with 4.5 weeks out they are just gonna get better and better. But his back!! Shhheeesssh. I don't care who you are. You're not touching Dereks back. This guy turns around and that back meat is just looking massive and full. That back shot is definitely lights out.
The problem is all these open guys look the most striated one week out. And then at the end of peak week they fill up so ridiculously much that all striations disappear again to come in "full"

It's ridiculous and he was 6ft tall. Dorian has a better rear lat spread, but Derek has a better back double. He has one of the best backs in history, but if we really had a time machine 03 Ronnie for example would just be too much bigger

There is something so beautiful about doing every little thing you can to be the best of the best in bodybuilding. Cardio daily, food intake, sauna, ice bathe, full body massage during rest days, preworkout, etc etc. It truly is an art and Derek is the Van Gogh of our generation. Have the Lord remain in you, and if it's in His will, you'll easily be 2X Mr O. God bless brotha
