- Since I bought this truck all that has been going through my mind was I got to get some different tires for this beast...Didn't want to go with buggy tires thought they were just to skinny for the look I wanted. I wanted to keep the tuff truck look. So heres what I came up with. Let me know if you like it or not..

Just bought a Senton, please would you share your details on what you have done ! So impressed.
Sorry for the delay, this set up looks cool as heck but with the power the Senton brings this set up is not the best for it. With the low profile tires not much for a cushion on jumps. And the tires themselfs dont have a rubber inner ring for a secure bond to the wheel. More or less like a rolled side wall glued too the wheel. Under the power they can come unglued to the rim..I sold this Senton awhile ago but I miss it everyday lol..

Tires look great! Looks just like the stock mini revo tire pattern
Tires are for the traxxas stampede but the wheels are 2.8 rpm's min. offset. It was a pain in the a** figure out the right wheel/tire combo. Most 2.8 tires are bigger and have more rubber which wouldn't work, rub on body or too wide. The Senton has a beefier 17mm hubs than the slash. So it really limits the short course wheel options on Senton. So most peeps go to the buggy wheel yet still skinny looking in my opinion. So I come up with this. Thanks for checking it out. It gives it a killer look and I think the combo will hold up to 6s. We'll see soon ;-)

Good Stampede tyres ,I like running thick tyres on my trucks,Skinny tyres work too,But these ones will make a huge difference.

Thanks for checking video out bud, the tires are acually for the traxxas stampede. They are called Traxxas Talons part #3671 Now here is were it gets tricky..I got them to fit on a set of RPM Revolver 17mm hex drive standard Offset part#82292. Its a snug fit for tire. I haven't glued these up yet and the bead on tire verse wheel seat for bead is a bit different yet I'm confident it will be fine expecially when glued. Best look I have seen for a 17mm hub especially on a short corse truck!

pro line 2.8 17mm hex fit.just gotta shave knuckles a bit.got full set of sand paws on mine.
I dumped this combo after one run. They worked out ok yet cracked a wheel slightly after some hang time lol. Now I have a different set up that looks sweet. I bet your sand paws look wild on the Senton. I'll swing by your channel when I get the time here to check it out. I have been slammed at work and remodeling house so I havent had alot of time lately on youtube sorry for the delay. Thanks for stopping by and commenting I appreciated it very much.

I have a Arrma Senton 6s. For the life of me I can't take the wheels off once I remove the nut. Also cannot get the pinion screw out. No videos by Arrma or anyone showing the process.
How did you get the the stock rims and tires if I’m having a pain in the ass to get them off
Are you talking about taking the whole well off the truck? If so its a pain in the butt i just had to do it today and it was alot of pulling and wiggling. You just need to use some muscle. If you're talking about taking the tire off the rim they are glued so you need to break the seal
Hi friend. Just wondering...how did you fit a 2.8 tire into a 3.2 wheel? Is it a snug fit? How?
HI thanks for stopping by to check this video out. These tires are offered on the traxxas stampede (2.8) and the wheels are RPM 2.8 wheels it fit very well on the Senton just a smige of a rub on steering knuckle from inner wheel ring. Handled well but with some big air I did noticed I so very slightly cracked the edge of one wheel. Not much cusion between the wheel and rim for big air. I have never tried running these tires either on 3s. Not sure if they would hlod up. Overal great fit wheels to tires good fit on the Senton for a tuff look..

I haven't even had the time to get back to this one and glue the tires up I was going to try and get to this this weekend but looks like it will be durring this week. I have the x maxi top to work on and some new road crusher 1/8scale speed tires coming in.

Thanks for checking this video out. These tires did well on first run under 4s power. But I did crack one wheel slightly on some big jumps I guess. But for what it was worth glueing these tire to these RPM wheels you can get these tires which I think might work better..I just picked up a set haven't got them yet but should be fine since they are the 1/8 typical buggy scale tire which most put on the Senton. Thanks for checking video out. The tires look good but I found a even better set up. I have been so busy haven't had a chance to open a bunch of rc stuff in which the new set up is one of the packages. These tires I tested in other video yet I did crack a wheel slightly on big jumps.
I know its been about a year. What is the other brand of tire you thought worked better?
