Thank you for sharing, i'm about to pick up the Senton 3s and i know how i am cuz i'm going to want to hop it up; just wanted to know, can you put up a description of the parts you purchased for your truck your help will be gratefully appreciated thank you and keep making great videos..
Did you get the upper and lower arms as a package deal from amazon? I was just looking at them as well. And were those also the linkage for a Typhon as well? And as for shocks i have the r&l shocks on mine. My stock front shock rods kept bending.
Yep, I saw the title and clicked to recommend Typhon arms. You know it’s the same as a 3s Typhon now, right? Only difference is tires and axles/hexes (and pinion gear). Put short course tires on your Typhon. Same rig. SC tires are number one thing to improve a Typhon’s handling. If handling is the priority, RPM arms are not what you want. They flex while driving AND warp over time, camber changes accordingly. Stock definitely handles better. Your metal arms may handle even better.
Thanks. My Typhon was a Mega when I bought it. I still have stock gearing pitch. I think 48p. Runs fast but burns motors up. All but the axles are different part #.
I also have the Armma Granite tires on my Senton. Had to cut the body out a bit but they work and the thing is huge now. Add the Typhon control arms and this thing will be bad ass. Love the video thank you.
RCAWD does the alu centre drive shaft/bearing piece in the centre and the metal diffs and dog bones front rear shock tower and hubs steering horn set differential yoke set but i left the GPM arms on because she was getting heavy and its all been fine so far full metal drivetrain. Your truck runs great around that track dude. BTW i changed mine to 12m hex and use Louise SC tires nice and cheap.
I don’t recommend the rpm arms for the typhon cause they warp not as good for the 3s. Great for the 6s
Thanks for the recommendations for sure! I dont recommend RPM control arms on 8s Outcast EXB, breaks axles because of the flex of their plastic.
Puts smile 😀 on my face that I was able to help out. That’s what we do for each other.
I thank you for the help!
You’re welcome brother for the recommendations.
thanks!

don't forget to swap your pinion for the 15T so you don't mess up your motor.

Thanks. My adaptors i was waiting for are 12m hex, Same plan for the hubs.
Nice video where your not trying to do speed runs with a basher if you know what I'm talking about 😅
Thanks. I got it LOL!
