    Gonna implement the 10 step
Rule lots of good points but that is a good positive reinforcement item and makes it work thanks

The advice that seems to be helping me currently is something from Golf Sidekick...focus on the process, it is the only thing you can control about the game. It is helping me not dwell on previous shots or upcoming shots by focusing on the task at hand. It also takes the result out of the picture entirely since we don't control the result only the shot.

Great reminders, thanks Michael! I'm new to the channel and am interested in some ideas to improve my pre-shot routines. Should I have the same routine for all shots or should each type of shot (drive/tee, approach, short chip, putting) have their own version of the routine?

Thanks for watching and appreciate you being a part of WSG! I share a lot more about routines on my podcast and have a playlist on here too.
But yes you will want a full swing, short game, and putting routine. Each one has specific things to set you up for success
