It's a beautiful place as well as a great contribution to the community and country. However, I notice it's already experiencing poor maintenance like most Nigerian ventures. The general should elect competent management and trustees so that it will be self sustaining.

He can’t maintain it because free money is no more coming to him again. He thought PMB will open the treasury to him so that he can meet his financial status. Obj is wicked is evil

@@Overcomerskingdominternational I can't judge because I am not privy to the facts of how the Presidential Library was financed. I know that Obasanjo helped many people become rich, like Dangote. Such individuals could have financed the library project. My feeling now is that it is a great infrastructure that can enhance the quality of life in that community and its visitors. Obasanjo is definitely not the worst leader Nigeria has had. Our overnight oil wealth engendered corruption across the entire fabric of society. Let's refrain from finger pointing and individually strive for moral uprightness. A person giving a bribe is as culpable as one receiving it. No excuses. Almost every Nigerian has offered a bribe. Therefore, we are all guilty of corruption. It's time for us to all repent and seek God's forgiveness and healing for our nation.

If you says this place is beautiful, I don't see anything in this place that attracts that adjective and by the way, I wants to believe that by the time Obasanjo is done with Nigeria and he's ready to go which I don't pray should be soonest, he handed this place to the government as part of his contribution to the development of the State. Because if there is justice in this country called #Nigeria this resort is supposed to be probe and investigated but as usual this is a country where injustice is always the order of the day and nobody dares to ask questions. Unfortunately I was in Nigeria between 1992 and 1993 consecutively the then Obasanjo farm in Otta was almost disappeared the only Sango-Otta road that linked Lagos with Ogun State was a death trap. In 2004 I went back to Nigeria that was after eleven years of my last visit, behold the death trap was worst than how it was before I left, I still remember till today the question I threw to the crews we were in the car together "Is this not the road that linked Obasanjo's farm and his home town and he's back in the office as President for almost five years now?!" the response of my cousin was with another question "Do you think he uses the same road like any other common man?" Then how did he get to his home each time he's back to Ogun State from Abuja. Well the dude goes by Presidential helicopter so they don't ever suffers the same way as every other Nigerian. That Same road now is just been taken care of by this present administration after almost 20 years. Now after another eight years as the President of federal Republic of Nigeria he retired to another business to continue sucking from the poor people's purse, because this is a family business for Obasanjo and I personally don't see anything attractive in this place that makes it so inviting neither to foolishly continue to contribute to this type of personal investment. I hope before he died he voluntarily hand it over to State ministry of Culture as part of his contribution to the developmental project as a museum.

The road you talked about is still very bad although they are working on it in bits.
However there is an alternative route to Ota or to Alagbado the AIT area constructed by the Lagos state Government…about 2 years ago that road is a saver right now at least to the boundary of Lagos. I just made a video showing the alternative route will put it up soon.
Thank you for sharing your thoughts and watching my videos.

@@ToluNazzal thank you so much for your highlight. Every government that has been in position of power in the last 50 years have very little or no interest of people in their agenda. Roads I learnt comes before any other development, if there's no way or pathways even if one builds extravagant Palace if there's no way to get there,it is then useless. I don't think this has to be the topic but just my little frustration about people we've been having in position of power that are only interested in themselves and their families and not the nation they went in their to serve. Thank you once again.

How is Obasanjo salary for him to build this?and how much did he paid for the land? This belong to ordinary people of Nigeria.

I don't appreciate something built, created by ex or present political office holders in Nigeria because that's our money they used in benefiting themselves. If this was a private citizen resort l would say great and welldone but obasanjo, l don't care until he hands it over to Nigeria as a public library and resort. Thank you.

You spoke my mind and the place is still a joke compared to a presidential library in the west with all the stolen money they still can't build a world class anything, Tolu sorry for the rant, it's just naija leaders are giving us headache that we don't deserve as a blessed country.
