    Love the passion and his pride in his product. No gimmicks. This is what attracts me. Would love to work in a shop like this too. Australian manufacturing is something that can be trusted.

    Yeah don't expect that at Avan.
    I was welding in their independent suspension systems and the supervisor tells me I was wasting my time grinding off the galvanizing saying he welds them straight onto double dip galvanizing.
    Diluting that galvanizing into your weld causes Base Metal Dilution and is a great way to reduce the yield strength of the weld. So good on you Jayco for showing how the suspension should be done.

      I agree caravans don’t last long whoever makes them it’s all smoke and mirrors.

    • @Andrewkafp
      @Andrewkafp 3 ปีที่แล้ว

      Well they need to keep them light for towing.
      If you put heavy glass and solid furniture in them you would need a RAM to tow them.
      They are very well designed and consist of high quality materials for the purpose they serve.

    Worst Caravan we've ever bought.
    Bought Patriot new in 2011. Once we bought it Roy didn't want to know us as our van problems started & continued as we travelled around Australia for nearly a year.
