The only time the colour of P.O.P can easily change is when your roof is leaking., So if you don't have any problem with your roof, then you don't hv problem
This is not based on assumption even though there are exceptional cases where Plaster board can be cheaper than POP. for example type of designs can influence the cost

Talking about plaster board bros ur experience is not enough on both saying maintenance is better on POP is a far from the truth maintenance on plaster board is far better on plaster board that POP , infact this ur presentation show u are not an installer.
