it's strange because obviously poverty is everywhere and i don't believe the US is even that bad percentage wise in comparison to other places. just strange to see it so much more blatant. Makes me wonder what happens to the homeless people elsewhere to keep them more hidden from public eyes

Not to take anything away from them, but Chris Cole is 41, Paul Rodriguez and Manny Santiago are 38, Ryan Decenzo and Bastien Salabanzi are 37...there are a bunch of dudes in their late 30s and early 40s who still skate at a VERY professional level.
in 2023 even the old dudes have been on a board since they were little kids
