- In this video you can watch this Mack NR lifting a trunk. Also you can see the preparations and rigging the cables. The truck has 2 PTO winches to lift the trunks. You can load 1 trunk per lift.

Had no clue there was a Civilian adaptation of the NR series, I know Iran converted a bunch of Military Surplus ones into "LM2DM"s in the 1950s by adding their own Cabs and hoods but besides that I had no clue! (amazing way of loading logs too)
Beautiful Mack and what an amazing engine sound ! I assume the logs would roll over the support beams to load it, would've liked to see that!

What year is that Mack? My father had two of them. Looked just like that one. I believe they were army surplus.
