nice job and clean stacks too, dam whomever trained you did very well. because it shows in your work u do. because time is money and length matters and u got both of those factors down packed.
Safety will always be better than speed and seen none of that. Shit for brains loading the front bay like that over the cab. Height factor as well if he brakes suddenly
@paulcharlton397 Are you a trucker? If yes, Then you would know by law that u have to have those loads chained down by and tightened to certain poundage and can only be stacked up to a certain height. otherwise, dot would heavily fine your ass for that witch if u know anything about that those fines aren't cheap.
I did that years ago Before going to high school Had 3 trucks loaded on there way to the mill by 7:00 Then went to school and worked weekends for 2 years Loading trucks all day gets very old being in that loader seat In snow in cold weather Open cab loader on top Good and bad days
Based on the grab am guessing your across the pond. I spent 3 years working in sawmill running lehiber lh40 amazing machine loved it and this looks like wicked job aswell. 🏴👍👏
YOu can´t close the grapple completly. So if you pick only a few logs they would fly out of the grapple. Trough this chain the logs are pressed down onto the grapple and so they hold there
Man is doing way overkill, pretty hard on equipment, not necessary, showing off for camera, logs falling down side of trailer, truck top-heavy tipsy, overloaded bad, Get him off that machine, go get coffee and give this guy instructions on how PROPERLY run this expensive equipment, and to respect property.
I unload these loads from this guy at the mill obviously you have no clue what tor talking about or have ever even worked in this industry this operator is a top class and the trailer and steaks are designed differently in our area maybe you should check out off highway log trucks in main if you want to see big loads they use wider and taller trailers and haul much more weight then we are allowed in our area
Nice load of firewood.
The skill of the Grapple driver is unreal. Absolute precision!

Pretty amazing how the lumber is cut to length, and loaded on that trailer to be cut into studs!

Espero q así sean buenos para plantar árboles, así como los cortan
Wicked 🤘🏻
Why do y’all run those chains inside the grapple?
To keep tension on the logs , when he releases when loading the middle bunk u can see the tension
Good loading is not all about speed,
36-40 tonne 18-20 cord 2 ton roughly to the cord

According to you, that is the volume in cubic meters loaded on this truck.
What are the chains for on the grapple? In between the clamshell?
