This song makes me feel desparate, honestly. I have lost my mom recently(fucking cancer) and everyday feels like a dream and I think I would wake up, but I wouldn't. I couldn't say her that I love her, we have really difficult relationships, but I hope she knows it. Hope she found some peace and she does not hurt anymore. My daughter was born three months early, a week ago today and is fighting for her life in the NICU. She’ll be there until July, and this song not only makes dealing with that feel much easier but reminds me of the kind of parents my girlfriend and I aspire to be for her. Thank you OLN.
