Love this audio. As Bill often did with other songs, he way overdid Colour My World. I'm glad Robert wound up taking that over live, even when Bill was still there. Thanks for posting!
Michael Zolnerovich Each post-Kath guitarist had his own pluses and minuses. All expert, all very talented. Chris was a lightning-fast, lean lead guitarist, but his rhythm was kind of mechanical feeling. Dawayne was incredibly talented, but too yowly. Keith may be the best, but he's not the creative artist Kath was, not in Chicago, anyway. But as good as they all are, it just has served to deepened my appreciation for what an unparalleled, underappreciated phenomenon Terry Kath was. Tragic.
What's with Pete's random bass playing here? It's so undermixed, but when you do hear it the notes are sharp or just not hitting in places where they should. Not the bass playing we'd all come to expect from Pete...
Bill Champlin just can't resist over singing - it sounds like an controlled mess vocally. I can imagine this was very frustrating for the band. Or where they too high to care.....

I was wondering who was on guitar... until 6:55. Chris Pinnick. Period. Great player!
Chris was in Chicago from 1980 to 1986. The best indeed along with Terry Kath.
