Yes, flowerld is the first song they released (in yt as a lyric video but officially released as part of the 1st mini album) and it is indeed a fan song. Even before the official debut, they already gave us a fan song and from then on, they have included a fan song in every mini album. Predebut, they were known as Mystic Rookies so they already have some fans waiting for their debut but of course the song is also for the new fans during and after debut. Patbingsu means "red bean shaved ice". It is a project collab with Yoon Jong Shin (the guy in the mv) who is the founder of their company and also a well known singer-songwriter in Korea. This is his song released ~20 years ago. The song is basically a recipe on how to make patbingsu :D Sorry for the long comment. Thank you for reacting to Billlie. I hope you can also check out their full discography once you're done with the title tracks.
Zootopiaz (Love the name, by the way; each pair of Billlie members has a "ship" name; Zootopiaz refers to Moon Sua and Haram) and Eremes said _pretty much_ everything I could have about Flowerld. 1:20 Their fansongs aren't always _slow_ (though obviously Flowerld is very much a ballad), but they are very much sentimental in one way or another. Every mini-album released so far has included a fansong (for four), and then they just released a fifth for their anniversary, just after their DANG! promotions. Aside from Flowerld, every one of them has been co-written by the girls themselves, expressing their own love and appreciation for Belllie've. 🥰 3:15 Good ear! That is indeed Tsuki. I find it fascinating that while she normally has an almost _squeaky_ speaking voice, when she sings, it's like a _bell..._ 3:20 That's Haram. I think this song hits particularly hard now I also know that it was Moonbin (Sua's late brother)'s favourite Billlie song... 🥲 As you said, bingsu is _like_ ice cream, though not quite. Nominally, it's shaved ice, though that ice may not be _just_ water (when I've had it, it was made from frozen condensed milk), and that's topped with all sorts of things. _Patbingsu_ specifically uses sweetened red bean paste for the topping (mine was also topped with injeolmi (sweet rice cake) powder - it was _rather good)._ The song is very much "I love patbingsu, it's delicious, and here's the recipe!" 🤣 As you guessed, Yoon Jong Shin was the fella with the glasses at the end. He's the founder of Mystic Story, and a nigh-legendary singer-songwriter in his own right. Patbingsu was one of his own songs released in 2001 (before half of Billlie had even been born! 😂). The B-side to their version was another old song of his called Highway Romance. 7:50 Yep, they're all pastiches of classic CFs and films; you've got your SimplyJeans and Pocari Sweat, and a generic mobile phone ad, as well as a bit of music show ("Gayo Top 11") and K-dramas (apparently called "Mystic Blue in You" and "When it's 98% Full"?) thrown in for good measure. On their channel, they actually have the full versions of the short films they made, which they cut up to make this MV... 😂 9:30 I think you're thinking of "La Boum"; Twice also pastiched that in their What is Love MV... 10:10 That's the Snowy Man, yup.

The predebut lyric video of 'FLOWERLD' has a different instrumental than the album version too.
