Napaka effective nito, I emailed the regional LTO in my area, and after a few hours, the dealer informed me that the OR/CR is already available. Hahaha, I told them that the dealer assured me that it will be released in two(2) weeks, perhaps they contacted the dealer personally regarding this matter, DTI lang sakalam. Maraming salamat dito boss! Gagawin ko ito within the week kasi saktong mag 1 month na wala parin ORCR ng motor ko at kailangan namin ito sa pag daily errands. Sabi kasi saking 2 weeks lang pero lumagpas na. Nakakatakot kasi na machambahan sa check point sakit sa bulsa ng 10-12k penalty. :( matic sub po!
Sobrang effective neto! Kumuha kame ng motor last July 23, 2022 thru installment, sabi samin ng dealer is makukuha nmin ang ORCR within 2-4 months so napakatagal na pag aantay. August 31, nag follow up ako sa LTO NRU thru email kung kmusta na ang process. Nagreply sila at ang sabi is August 17 naregister na, so every week non nagfofollow up na kame sa casa kaso ang sagot lagi is wala pa. Then nung npanood ko tong vid, nag email ako sa DTI last Sept 28 at naka cc si casa, after few hrs lang tumawag si casa na anjan na daw ORCR namin, Sept 21 daw dumating sa kanila ang mga ORCR. Pero ang nakakatawa is nagbayad kame sa motor nung Sept 23 and sabi samin is wala pa daw hahaha.

The point is.....NOBODY should have to do this! .....We work hard for the cash to buy the vehicle, we do the right thing in wanting to be registered legally, we are also helping the dealer to support his family.......WHY should we suffer like this? The Gov should do compliance raids on dealers and fine them instantly for not complying!

kulitin nyo lang ung mga dealership nyo .. pansin ko iniipon nila pinag sasabay-sabay. Actually mabilis si LTO eh.. ung dealership ko ung mabagal ipasa ung application. parang mag 1 month bago bila ipasa nakita ko sa docs na binigay nila magkakasama ung iba pang sasakyan. Kaya feel ko iniipon nila yan para isang pasahan nalang. Nung kinulit ko sila at tinakot na mag file ako ng reklamo sa DTI wala pang 1 week nasakin na yung OR/CR ko. at nakita ko hindi sa LTO ang delay. mabilis din mag reply sa email ang LTO parang the next day mag rereply nanan sila para ma verify. plaka nalang kulang sakin.. mag 2 months na wala pa hahahaha .. expected ko naman to kasi sa tita ko ganun din. mabilis na nga yata ang 2 months mag kaplaka

Super effective nag email ako sa regional LTO last friday (Sept.9) kaso di sila nag reresponse pero nung sa central office ako nag email last monday (Sept. 12) after an hour nag reply and na confirm nila na registered na daw yung motor ko last sept. 6 pa.. so nag follow up ako agad sa head office ng kinuhaang kong motor at hindi sa branch since walang silang alam na naregistered na pala yung motor ko.. and now sept 13 nakuha na namin yung soft copy ng aming ORCR. kudos sir!

Very helpful video. Add ko lang sa mga makakanuod neto. tandaan nyo, whether Cash or Loan ang payment nyo sa motor, susundin parin dapat yung 5+7 working days, kaya wag kayo maniniwala pag sinabihan kayo ng dealer na kesyo loan mas matagal ang process. based on my experience lang, pinapasa nila yung negligence sa bank, pero ang process ng bank is icocomplete lang naman yung bank profile mo then wala na silang liability when it comes to Registration of the vehicle. After ko sila sabihan na nag follow up ako sa LTO and DTI for delayed registration that very same day niRush ng dealer yung registration ng motor ko. wag kayo papasindak sa mga kups na dealer!
I bought a new Honda click 3 weeks ago from Honda in Toledo, I mistakingly signed a waiver being the dumb foreigner that I am, and I paid cash. Dealer told me 3-4 months for orcr, and since I signed the waiver I can't do anything but wait. I even told them I want to do the registration myself and they said " no sir you cannot". I'll never buy a new vehicle again 😢
@@New_life61 Whether you signed a waiver or not it does not matter. Law is the law. Consumer rights comes first and the waiver will not be honored in the court. You should have filed a complaint whatsoever.
@@tenandzen hello, my dealer also told me that the or/cr will be released after 2-4 months and i agreed to that (first time buyer) sa sobrang excited ko hindi ko naisip na mali pala yun. Mag 1 week palang after marelease nung bagong motor (loan basis), kakausapin ko po kaya sila or i have to wait for atleast 1 month before following up? Nakakahiya po kasi mangulit dahil unang una po nag agree ako at kakarelease lang po. Tinatanong ko po ito para po sana mapaaga aga ang release ng or/cr at di na umabot pa ng maraming buwan. Yung iba kasing comments na nabasa ko 2 months na saka sila nagcocomplain. Sales invoice and certificate of sales lang po ang nakita kong binigay sakin ni casa eh. Thank you po
@@MarkTzyML As a consumer po it is our right to file a complaint where it's due. Bakit ka po mahihiya? Wether it is installment or cash wala pong difference. Ask LTO if the dealer has already registered the unit if not yet then you can already file to DTI and expedite the process.
22 total days but 16 working days na mula nung makuha ko unit ko sa Motortrade. Until now wala pa ding OR CR. Nakapag send na ako ng email sa LTO dito sa region where I purchased my vehicle. Salamat sa video mo bossing idol. I will update my comment once makatanggap ako ng reply sa LTO. We'll see if we will need to file a complaint sa DTI. Thanks ulit sayo paps.

@@einanmalle8797 actually after 2weeks since the day i bought it. Nagfollow up nako thru phone call sa dealer then ang sabi nila nasa LTO na daw ung papers ng sakin. After a week ng email ako sa LTO for inquiry. Pagkareply ni LTO sakin kinabukasan tumawag na si dealer na ready na daw ung ORCR ko and for pick up na sa regional office.

Yung iba andaming irrelevant na kwento muna bago sabihin which is not helping sa taong nangangapa na ng sagot. I purchased mine too almost a month na and hindi ko naisip na may ganito pala and 1st time ko lang din since I dont know yet the rules, policy or flows ng pag register ng sasakyan sa Pinas. UPDATE: After a day or not even 24 hours nagreply po si LTO saken where on the same day nareceived nila email ko they started processing everything and my vehicle got registered. (April 25, 2022) I message my dealer right away to tell them nag email ako sa LTO and they confirmed its registered with screenshot and the next day ready na po ang ORCR ko. Late update lang kasi was busy working po. Sa mga nagsasuffer kakakulit kay dealer, try nio po gawin to walang mwwala if we will try. Within a month naprocessed ORCR ko kng napanood ko lng to dati sguro napaaga aga pa. Coz hndi natin alam kung sino ang may kakulangan if si dealer ba kng nasend na papers natin or si LTO na nakapending lng ang mga papers natin. Godbless us all and safe driving.❤️
Thank you for this. I filed a complaint against motoxpress cainta branch last month since 2mos mahigit na wala pa rin orcr ko. Kung di pa ko nag file ng complaint sa dti at lto about it wala siguro mangyayari or baka mas matagalan pa. Nag email sakin lto nung may 30 not yet registered pa rin. And today nag message lto sakin para sa or ng motor ko. Finally!!!! Continue doing a video like this that will help more people. Kudos!
Any update sa CR mo? Nakareceive na din ako ng OR ko nung June 2 after ng DTI complaint ko, ngayon naman pinapatagal nila ang pagbigay ng CR. Sabi ng dealer ko is 'di pa napprocess ng LTO pero nung cinontact ko ang LTO sabi nila registered na at hindi lang cinaclaim ng dealer ko, nung sinabi ko sa dealer yan tameme nalang sila. Ilang days bago mo nakuha CR mo? TIA.
professional ako magfollow up, di ko sila kinorner pero na badtrip parin si dealer sa pag follow up ko ng orcr dahil sinabihan naman daw ako na 7-45 days nila maiisue ORCR sakin pero 2 weeks palang nangungulit nako at wla sila alam/pakielam sa processing days ni LTO tulad nung pagsusubmit ng documents ko sa LTO within 5 working days

Thank you sir!! Very helpful. I got my new motorcycle yesterday and I'm aware of LTO's new policy on dealers releasing process of orcr. However eto si dealer ang sabi is 2-3months bago mabigay orcr. Sad thing is that dealer won't provide a Permit to Travel while waiting for the orcr which means diko pwede gamitin motor ko. Nagpost ako sa fb just to survey kung gano nila katagal nakuha orcr nila from date of sale, and to my surprise some got it 3weeks, yung isa nga 1week lang. So ayun good thing I saw this video atleast I have an idea how to deal with it after 2weeks incase no update. Salamat ulit sir! RS always 🤙🙏

Amp. Magaling si Motortrade. Nagpapirma ng kasunduan na hindi sila liable sa delay ng registration. Ang mahal ng fee nila 3K. Pwede naman pala magpa register yung buyer directly. Dapat binibigay nila yun as option during sale. At dahil dyan may butas na sila. Walang ganitong usapan during time of sale. Bilang seller dapat responsible sila sa pag inform sa buyer. Hindi yung under the impression si buyer na walang choice.
Gagawin ko talaga to. Brand new at one time payment ginawa ko pero walang nagrereflect na transaction sa LTO portal ko, meaning si Dealer wala pa talagang ipinapasang documents sa LTO

I can see vloggers doing "self registration" to LTO, 1day lang process may ORCR na But upon talking to lots and lots of motor dealers, they're all saying that its not possible. sabi ko pa nga makaka discount pa sila, since sa babayaran e kasama na registration at parang uulit ako ng bayad sa LTO, plus dipa sila mapapagod Ill still try to do this pero if wala talaga, Ill be doing this nalang po. If you purchased it in cash, it's easier to register it yourself. I did mine, August last year. Took me 1 day to process and supposedly the next day to claim my OR/CR. I only had an issue with the CTPL when it wasn't uploaded to LTO's system. Other than that, I got it in less than 4 days after purchase.

if the dealer is the problem then LTO should reprimand the dealer if you could show them your sales invoice. Walang pressure sa dealer so they dont care

Sinunod ko lahat ng step na yan pero even Tagal ng process. binili ko motor ko june 16 2023. nag file ako complaint july 24. up till now wala pa din resolution.

Thank you sir for sharing this. 8 days palang motor ko purchased ko sya via Motortrade as per them 1 to 2 months pa daw ORCR ko. Masstock naman maige yung motor if ganun katagal. Nag ask din ako if pwedeng ako nalang mag pa register sabi nila ni na daw pwede yun as per LTO.
What if po nag-email na si LTO nung copy nung OR (e-Official Receipt)? Then nag-follow-up ako ke dealer since I already received the email from LTO, sabi ng dealer is 45days max pa daw bago ma-release ang CR. Ire-report ko na lang Motortrade sa DTI, wala eh hindi acceptable yung NRU Paid na sa LTO 3 weeks na tapos hindi pa binigay ORCR ko. Cash Fully Paid ko naman binili motor ko.
Sir Sa tingin ko kaya nila hindi pa pinapasa sa LTO ang Documents katulad sa mga installment like 3 years is Naghihintay pa sila ng 2-3 months na hindi na ituloy ni buyer ang pag loan ng Mc kaya di na sila magakakaproblema na palitan o burahin pa ang record ni Buyer. Kaso ayaw pa nila sabihin ang totoo na ganun ang plano nila Hihintayin pa nila na mag hulog si buyer ng 2 or 3 months bago nila ito tuluyang i process.

Kaya hindi ko dn nagagamit unit sa pag pasok or kahit pag uwi probinsya.. 30-40 days ang pinangako sakin. Lage nalang nila ako pina pa-asa kaya balak ko mag complain.. kasi palagay ko hindi nila ina-asikaso sadddd.

Wala naman nag rerespond sa mga email. Wala din silbe mag complain ka pa di ka papansinin ng mga yan. Both emails not res ponding cguro noon pero now wala na. Salamat pa din sa video...

Nagcomplain ako sa DTI kasi more than 2 months na yung OR/CR wala pa pero inendorse lng sa LTO kaya ang tapang ng dealer na magsabi na pwd namin icomplain baka dw may magawa DTI 😂
Boss saken naman ibang scenario, ung casa ko po is nagooffer ng rush process which is I have to pay 1k ma release nadaw ito 1 to 2 weeks daw, kasi usually 30 to 45 days daw sila bago mag release. Nakuha ko ung motor around Oct 6 gang ngayon Oct 22 wala padin reason nila is nagka problema daw sa LTO? Tamang reason po ba ito?
Ako nagpunta ako ng mga ahensya na yan parang prinoprotektahan pa nila yung dealer. Nagpapasahan pa sila kung sino dapat ang puntahan. Nobody answers emails. Sad.
Naconfirm na po saken ni LTO sakto after 12 working days, wala pa din silang narerecieve, tumawwag si kasa sakin and ipinipilit pa din yung 2-3 months, sinabi ko tungkol sa RA4136 and tinanong ako sino daw nagsabi saken nyan HAHAHAHAH tapos pinaliwanag nila na from local branches daw, ipapasa daw nila yung requirements ng pagrehistro sa main office and yung main office na ang magreregister hndi daw yung local branch, tpaos yung main offcie din daw ang pipickup, ang problema nito eh 12 workign days na eh wala pa din, ok lng sana kung nakarehistro na kay LTO at ang iintayinna lng ay pagpickup ng ORCR, kaso ang nangyari ay di pa nila pinapasa kay LTO

kulitin nyo lang ung mga dealership nyo .. pansin ko iniipon nila pinag sasabay-sabay. Actually mabilis si LTO eh.. ung dealership ko ung mabagal ipasa ung application. parang mag 1 month bago bila ipasa nakita ko sa docs na binigay nila magkakasama ung iba pang sasakyan. Kaya feel ko iniipon nila yan para isang pasahan nalang. Nung kinulit ko sila at tinakot na mag file ako ng reklamo sa DTI wala pang 1 week nasakin na yung OR/CR ko. at nakita ko hindi sa LTO ang delay. mabilis din mag reply sa email ang LTO parang the next day mag rereply nanan sila para ma verify.

Super effective nag email ako sa regional LTO last friday (Sept.9) kaso di sila nag reresponse pero nung sa central office ako nag email last monday (Sept. 12) after an hour nag reply and na confirm nila na registered na daw yung motor ko last sept. 6 pa.. so nag follow up ako agad sa head office ng kinuhaang kong motor at hindi sa branch since walang silang alam na naregistered na pala yung motor ko.. and now sept 13 nakuha na namin yung soft copy ng aming ORCR. kudos sir!

tandaan nyo, whether Cash or Loan ang payment nyo sa motor, susundin parin dapat yung 5+7 working days, kaya wag kayo maniniwala pag sinabihan kayo ng dealer na kesyo loan mas matagal ang process.
based on my experience lang, pinapasa nila yung negligence sa bank, pero ang process ng bank is icocomplete lang naman yung bank profile mo then wala na silang liability when it comes to Registration of the vehicle. After ko sila sabihan na nag follow up ako sa LTO and DTI for delayed registration that very same day niRush ng dealer yung registration ng motor ko. wag kayo papasindak sa mga kups na dealer!
I bought a new Honda click 3 weeks ago from Honda in Toledo, I mistakingly signed a waiver being the dumb foreigner that I am, and I paid cash. Dealer told me 3-4 months for orcr, and since I signed the waiver I can't do anything but wait. I even told them I want to do the registration myself and they said " no sir you cannot". I'll never buy a new vehicle again 😢
@@New_life61 Whether you signed a waiver or not it does not matter. Law is the law. Consumer rights comes first and the waiver will not be honored in the court. You should have filed a complaint whatsoever.
@@tenandzen hello, my dealer also told me that the or/cr will be released after 2-4 months and i agreed to that (first time buyer) sa sobrang excited ko hindi ko naisip na mali pala yun. Mag 1 week palang after marelease nung bagong motor (loan basis), kakausapin ko po kaya sila or i have to wait for atleast 1 month before following up? Nakakahiya po kasi mangulit dahil unang una po nag agree ako at kakarelease lang po. Tinatanong ko po ito para po sana mapaaga aga ang release ng or/cr at di na umabot pa ng maraming buwan. Yung iba kasing comments na nabasa ko 2 months na saka sila nagcocomplain. Sales invoice and certificate of sales lang po ang nakita kong binigay sakin ni casa eh. Thank you po
@@MarkTzyML As a consumer po it is our right to file a complaint where it's due. Bakit ka po mahihiya? Wether it is installment or cash wala pong difference. Ask LTO if the dealer has already registered the unit if not yet then you can already file to DTI and expedite the process.

22 total days but 16 working days na mula nung makuha ko unit ko sa Motortrade. Until now wala pa ding OR CR. Nakapag send na ako ng email sa LTO dito sa region where I purchased my vehicle. @@einanmalle8797 actually after 2weeks since the day i bought it. Nagfollow up nako thru phone call sa dealer then ang sabi nila nasa LTO na daw ung papers ng sakin. After a week ng email ako sa LTO for inquiry. Pagkareply ni LTO sakin kinabukasan tumawag na si dealer na ready na daw ung ORCR ko and for pick up na sa regional office.

Yung iba andaming irrelevant na kwento muna bago sabihin which is not helping sa taong nangangapa na ng sagot. I purchased mine too almost a month na and hindi ko naisip na may ganito pala and 1st time ko lang din since I dont know yet the rules, policy or flows ng pag register ng sasakyan sa Pinas. UPDATE: After a day or not even 24 hours nagreply po si LTO saken where on the same day nareceived nila email ko they started processing everything and my vehicle got registered. (April 25, 2022) I message my dealer right away to tell them nag email ako sa LTO and they confirmed its registered with screenshot and the next day ready na po ang ORCR ko. Late update lang kasi was busy working po. Sa mga nagsasuffer kakakulit kay dealer, try nio po gawin to walang mwwala if we will try. Within a month naprocessed ORCR ko kng napanood ko lng to dati sguro napaaga aga pa. Coz hndi natin alam kung sino ang may kakulangan if si dealer ba kng nasend na papers natin or si LTO na nakapending lng ang mga papers natin. Godbless us all and safe driving.❤️

Kung di pa ko nag file ng complaint sa dti at lto about it wala siguro mangyayari or baka mas matagalan pa. Nag email sakin lto nung may 30 not yet registered pa rin. Any update sa CR mo? Nakareceive na din ako ng OR ko nung June 2 after ng DTI complaint ko, ngayon naman pinapatagal nila ang pagbigay ng CR. Sabi ng dealer ko is 'di pa napprocess ng LTO pero nung cinontact ko ang LTO sabi nila registered na at hindi lang cinaclaim ng dealer ko, nung sinabi ko sa dealer yan tameme nalang sila. Ilang days bago mo nakuha CR mo? TIA.

Thank you sir!! Very helpful. I got my new motorcycle yesterday and I'm aware of LTO's new policy on dealers releasing process of orcr. However eto si dealer ang sabi is 2-3months bago mabigay orcr. Sad thing is that dealer won't provide a Permit to Travel while waiting for the orcr which means diko pwede gamitin motor ko. Nagpost ako sa fb just to survey kung gano nila katagal nakuha orcr nila from date of sale, and to my surprise some got it 3weeks, yung isa nga 1week lang. So ayun good thing I saw this video atleast I have an idea how to deal with it after 2weeks incase no update. Salamat ulit sir! RS always 🤙🙏

Amp. Magaling si Motortrade. Nagpapirma ng kasunduan na hindi sila liable sa delay ng registration. Ang mahal ng fee nila 3K. Pwede naman pala magpa register yung buyer directly. Dapat binibigay nila yun as option during sale. At dahil dyan may butas na sila. Walang ganitong usapan during time of sale. Bilang seller dapat responsible sila sa pag inform sa buyer. Hindi yung under the impression si buyer na walang choice.

If you purchased it in cash, it's easier to register it yourself. I did mine, August last year. Took me 1 day to process and supposedly the next day to claim my OR/CR. I only had an issue with the CTPL when it wasn't uploaded to LTO's system. Other than that, I got it in less than 4 days after purchase.

Sinunod ko lahat ng step na yan pero even Tagal ng process. binili ko motor ko june 16 2023. nag file ako complaint july 24. up till now wala pa din resolution.

Thank you sir for sharing this. 8 days palang motor ko purchased ko sya via Motortrade as per them 1 to 2 months pa daw ORCR ko. Masstock naman maige yung motor if ganun katagal. Nag ask din ako if pwedeng ako nalang mag pa register sabi nila ni na daw pwede yun as per LTO.

45 working days na sa akin pwede ko ba gawin yung sa LTO muna tapos sunod na lng yung sa DTI kpag hindi panila napapasa ang requirements.
