1.0 & 1.1 require nearly completely different strategies to complete! These versions are removed from the official page as they were buggy and unfinished for the most part. But this video goes over on how to beat them, even if it is not a good use of your time.

Does anybody remember that there were big globes in detention? And arts and Crafters poster was different? And playtime says jump 10 times in a row! And there was a chalkboard said "Sorry, ran out of time to add more subjects." But.... In the latest version in BBC, (Baldi's Basics Classic 1.4.3) it's says "Sorry, was to lazy to add more subjects." And some swinging doors wasn't in their place. I was also trying to beat this!
i believe the chalkboard was changed in 1.3.0

In v1.3 the chalkboard text was changed to "Sorry, was too lazy to add more subjects".
I like how it went from him running out of time to just not wanting to
1.1 seems to be MUCH MUCH harder than 1.0
1) The diagonal sprint trick got patched.
2) Hiding in corners to get distance from baldi was patched.
3) Bsodas still don't work
Only redeeming qualities were playtime being a little easier, which didn't matter much because you are usually screwed regardless, and the tales and phone being useful. However, you could just hide in the principals room before, and infinitely at that, so one tape use won't cut it.
Also u get ur stamina back now, but u could also hide in corners and wait then get the notebook. So 1.1 is harder.
1.0 is easier than 1.1 at max bc most of the important glitches were patched but the BSODA still did not work so things were much more annoying in 1.1. Definitely not touching that version [1.1]
Cap FPS at 20 to make BSODAs work again.
@@legendgames128 My computer's refresh rate cannot be changed and is always at 60 Hz. How can you cap FPS to 20 with the Refresh Rate being stuck at 60 Hz.
@@user-bn7xb2ze2p Can you access NVIDIA Control Panel? If so, you can find the program settings and set Baldi's Basics max FPS to 20.
I'm glad they got rid of most of the completely headphone-destroying sounds in the later versions.
Congratulations!! As someone who has beaten nearly versions of Baldi's Basics, yes 1.0 and 1.1 are VERY difficult. Limiting the FPS is a very good strategy for 1.0 cause it's very FPS based. 1.1 is still way harder though... In versions 1.2.2 and below Baldi isn't able to hear exits, so don't worry about that.
In my opinion he should not hear the exits he should feel them because he locks them

Also one thing, playtime can see you through windows and also she can go to rooms if she spots you even if you dont see her around, she endlessly tries to get you to play
Also baldi says “wow! You exist” at 2nd notebook but not for long

when doing these you are supposed to make the first letter a capital and the second one small and so on, otherwise it will look weird

Great job, both of these versions are extremely hard to beat, especially 1.0 since the bsoda didn’t exactly push Baldi away, for me. There is a different mod v0.0.0 that might be a bit harder than both of these versions, you should check it out
The only way to get the bsoda to work is to limit the fps to 40 or lower, then itll work.

I just saw a video about v1, and dang is it hard, apparently the guy beated the game because in v1 if your in a corner Baldi’s ai can’t see you apparently

I wonder if he's the first one to do so after 4 years of it being out. Fun fact, MM12 never actually beat Baldi's Basics at the time it got popular, so that's a ture historc of Baldi fact Iyou can find in yor noteboos!
The older versions hit very different after Classic Remastered and Plus
they have an entirely different vibe
Classic and by extension Remastered is more of a horror game, while Plus is almost fully based on strategy

Fun fact: The tape does work in Version 1.0, but it's not very obvious that it's doing something to Baldi. It plays tutorial recorded messages instead of a noise. The tape still works in Version 1.0.
Here is a tip: Cap the game's FPS at 20. Most of the glitches found that negatively affect you don't happen (glitchy turning, BSODA being ineffective, stuff like that) and you'll get more helpful bugs like Baldi being trapped in an intersection. Only problem is that notebooks take way too long and so you'll have to sit there for almost 10 seconds or more.

for some reason 1.0 feels kinda creepy, like the game was very quiet, no more hugs from first prize, globes are spammed everywhere in the detention room, you can't shoot baldi away and you can't get away from playtime and their dialogues are so damn long, idk why but it gives me the "this isn't what it's like.." feeling
not to mention the whole school is in some void, no garden

In v1.3 there's a bug that causes the game to crash right after you start talking to Filename2/NULL, but it's fixed in v1.3.1.

Prior v1.2.2 the BSODA is frame based and bugged and can't push any characters because the FPS is too high.
Prior v1.3 the BSODA have no sound whe use them

I beated the V1.0 (with low FPS)
Version 1.2.2 was a golden one.
If I'm not wrong, arts and crafters takes a little longer to attack you in 1.2.2
and 1.3
1.3 is where they fixed it

The reason on how is it impossible its because after u get the 5th notebook, u will have to sprint because baldi is now faster than u
And if u get in detention and u have like 4 notebooks and baldi is a lil close then he will just oof u
And u also need bsoda, energy bar, tape, safety scissors to win
I think in the remastered version, it could be a little easier

When you get all the Questions wrong, baldi will slap faster, and will never slow down, and his Quick slaps will Sound like a Chainsaw. And there is no secret ending in 1.0-1.2!
The secret ending was only added in 1.3.2 I think
