@@simonecompton6895I listened again a couple of times; she doesn't mention melting the buttercream. However, in another video she did as she had placed a sugar cone on top of the cake, upside down, on an angle, with a scoop of buttercream added to make it look like a scoop of ice cream, then melted the pink buttercream to pour over the top of the cake to resemble melting ice cream, which I may copy that design! Soo cool! Either way! I need her recipe! I just can't get it to look that fluid! More research!
I just bought dresses from an Australian brand. I was looking at the color selection and kept hearing Tigga's voice pronouncing the colors as I read them.
Thank you so much for this video! I definitely saved it to my favorites so that I can always come back for reference because THIS is currently what I am trying to master! Wish me luck 🤞🏾☺️
Thank you for this! I’ve been trying so hard to get the perfect smooth edges and so many other videos over complicate it. I’m making a Hippy themed cake next week so will try this out! Xx
Thank you! I did a baby shower cake yesterday and I always have trouble smoothing out my buttercream! I will try to thin it out next time! Buttercream recipe/tutorial? Love your work!
There are many dairy free/egg free cakes! I make them all the time. Dairy is easily substituted with coconut milk or almond milk and eggs are easily replaced with applesauce or other subs depending on the cake.
Tigga! Can you please post a perfect buttercream frosting recipe? I cannot make decent frosting, ever! And I am sick and tired of it. I want to be able to decorate with both covering and decorations, FLOWERS, FLOWERS FLOWERS.
I literally just finished making my 11 year old's "happee birthdae" cake based on the one from Harry Potter and it broke my heart to skip the crumb coat and leave it looking sloppy... but hey, Hagrid did the best he could! 😅❤
This is probably the best explanation I've ever heard! Thank you so much

Tip number seven- if at first you don't succeed, try and try again!
I've always loved buttercream and can't generally stomach fondant. I would willingly pay extra for buttercream cakes.
Yeah looooooove some extra extra extra buttercream
I don't eat dairy or eggs, haven't had cake in years so i don't need any tips but I'll be DAMMED if i don't watch every single one of your videos 😂❤

This is awesome! Could I put it in the freezer instead?!
I still struggle with frosting cakes 😩 guess I gotta practice till I get it right!
Is that Swiss or American buttercream? It looks so smooth 😫!!!
It’s Tigga Mac buttercream! It’s meringue based but is a bit different to traditional Swiss meringue. Recipe is in the recipes folder here on YT
❤❤❤TIGGA❤❤❤
I love you ❤🎉🎉🎉
Fun fact: if you make a proper cake with butter instead of a box cake with oil, it'll firm up better in the fridge and will be easier to decorate.
This was super helpful!! Is that a grippy mat underneath the cake plate?
Great tips 👍 but what is your butter cream recipe
It's in her recipes folder, go look
Awesome
❤❤❤
Love your cake turner where is it from?
Can what is scraped off the cake be used again?
Can you do a tie dye frosting?
