      You are so kind! This cake is VERY yummy, but make sure you watch it closely towards the end since ovens vary. The second day, it was so delicious and moist, my husband almost ate the entire cake himself. I enjoy making these tutorials and I'm thankful you watch them. Take Care.

      Bolo De Especiarias De Natal De Pão De Mel
      Observe que, para fazer este bolo em uma rodada de 3 camadas e 8 ", você precisará dobrar a receita.
      2 1/4 xícaras de farinha de trigo
      2 1/4 colher de chá de fermento em pó
      3/4 colher de chá de sal
      1 1/2 colher de chá de gengibre em pó
      1 1/2 colher de chá de canela em pó
      3/4 colher de chá de cravo moído
      3/4 xícara de manteiga sem sal em temperatura ambiente
      3/4 xícara de açúcar granulado
      1/2 xícara de açúcar mascavo escuro levemente embalado
      3 ovos grandes em temperatura ambiente
      3/4 xícara de melaço extravagante NÃO use blackstrap, consulte a seção de dicas do post
      1 1/2 colher de chá de baunilha
      3/4 xícara de leitelho à temperatura ambiente
      Bata a farinha, o fermento, o sal e os temperos. Deixou de lado.
      Em uma batedeira, bata até ficar homogêneo. Adicione o açúcar mascavo e branco e bata na meia até obter um creme claro e fofo (2-3 minutos).
      Em baixa, adicione os ovos um de cada vez, incorporando totalmente após cada adição. Adicione o melado e a baunilha e misture até incorporar totalmente.
      Alterne a adição da mistura de farinha e leitelho. Incorporar totalmente após cada adição. Não misture demais.
      Espalhe a massa uniformemente nas formas preparadas.
      Asse por aprox. 30-35mins ou até que um palito inserido no centro saia quase limpo. Verifique em 25 minutos, pois alguns fornos esquentam.
      Coloque os bolos na grade para esfriar. Esta receita é suficiente para um bolo de 3 camadas e 6 ".

    QUESTION : What if I want to use a 9x13 size pan...Do I double the recipe or make it as printed in description?

      Thank you for watching. I wouldn’t substitute oil for butter. It will change the final product.

      Hello. One cup of white granulated sugar is equal to 201 grams. Hope this helps.
