    I usually export my images png from photoshop and I noticed my storefront prints have to be in JPEG mode. Are you editing your photos originally in jpeg or when client selects images sending the jpeg files for printing?

      I only shoot and edit in RAW. But when exporting in Lightroom I export in JPEG.

    This is the first video I have seen that shows the process so well. Thank you! This is my first year doing less photos and trying to upsell to a full gallery in pixieset.
    I have two questions;
    1- For my packages I have also advertised that each session comes with prints, so I wanted to include a code for lets says, $20 in prints. In the checkout can they do two gift cards? (One for the downloads, and one for the prints at the same time?)
    2- I wanted to offer an upsell option where one photo is maybe $30, but the rest of the gallery would only be an upsell of $99. Is it possible to to make it that after 4+ extra downloads the price would stay at a base of $99 for the rest of the images? Also, I noticed that your images weren't watermarked to start. Should there be watermarks to prevent screenshooting?

    you did not talk about watermarks how do I make sure that there is a watermark on the image and then it goes away when they buy it...

      Hey! You might already have an answer for this but on Pixieset you can upload and name your watermarks. When you go to upload a gallery you can choose which watermark to use. The watermark will be removed automatically when the client orders prints and digital downloads. I hope this helps. Also, you can set the watermark to stay on for web-sized images for the client too! I love this feature.

      The comment above is also how I have mine set in pixieset.
