Hey Enrique. I got my License back in 2020. I started off as a retail lender and it was huge on refinancing. Once the rates when up I stepped away from the business. I want to get back on it and succeed on the purchase side of the business. I’ve recently started watching your videos and I am looking forward to learn from them. I just want to know what’s the best way to start to get back in the business? Thank you!
I would say definitely continue watching my videos as well as @mortgagecoach they have a greta TH-cam channel. Also, build up your networking skills, sales skills, and social media; all these things will be critical.

Where are people getting the numbers to cold call? I have been a Loan Officer for about a year now and I haven't closed a single loan.
I don't cold call. I pass out the booklets and trifolds from my online store. They have been working super great for me :)
