Thanks Chandoo.. nice technique to set your presentation apart from the pack. Reminds me somewhat of the charting trick in EXCEL of adding another data series with just the data point you want to emphasize or highlight. Great idea to port the concept into Power BI. Thumbs up!
Ace tip Chandoo. I think I noticed in your measures a hint as to how you got the percentage increases in your titles but could you do a quick video on that? - really looks a great way to allow the chart reader to cut to the chase so to speak. Great content a always thanks.
Hi, very nice video. Actually I couldn't find the value field and customize series field in latest Power BI version. It would be great if you could help me in that. Thanks.
@@chandoo_ can we build dashboard with similar to Excel....& apply graph in power BI. How can we edit cells, create report with sumifs & apply graph for that report, apply filter in graph...in power bi...
Is there something that can be done similar to Max and Min? Instead of using the Max/Min Line which is already available - I want a data label instead.
Hmm.. that would be tricky, but possible with DAX. I suggest using "highlight max / min" approach thru conditional formatting. Power BI data labels are tricky to customize and not worth the pain in my opinion. You might see options to customize them in future versions of Power BI.

same here. were you abel to fix it?
Hi Chandu! Plz help how to have graph mix of YEAR, quarter & month...
Ex...FY20..FY21...Q1...Q2...Oct...Nov...Dec....
Hmm... I don't think you can selectively drill down dates in Power BI visuals. One option is to use the matrix visual.
