The writer of the song is Eline Noelia. She’s Norwegian and as far as I know she participated in Eurovision 👌🏻

Eline hasn't participated in Eurovision, however, she has participated in MGP - her country's national selection last year but she didn't manage to win and represent her country in eurovision

I never thought I would see the day IVE releases a song that tops Love Dive for me but here we are. This shit is PERFECT
Liz got first place in the line distribution which made me even happier for this comeback! She definitely got what she deserved and more!
This was kpop greatness. If anybody knows anything about the golden age of second gen girl groups because you either were there to witness it or you went back after, you will understand why I said that. IVE is KPOP. It sounds like a redundant statement but if you get it, you get it. No wonder they are so popular in their home country when they are the FACE of what kpop is about. When other groups westernize their sound or bring back western nostalgia, IVE is going back to the days when kpop started creating it’s core identity, which is the late 2000s-early 2010s. This release was not only nostalgic in many ways but also refreshing. And after the unjust hate train they experienced for the past couple of months, it was triumphant and glorious. For them to literally tell you ‘THIS IS WHO I AM’ and for the song to be this sickining is kinda crazy. This is NOT the flex people think it is, it’s not them showing off the money and the awards, they are flexing something else, which is the fact that they are carrying a legacy of extraordinary kpop girl groups. This one was for the culture of kpop. Period. It’s iconic, it’s a statement, and it’s with their FIRST album. This is them cementing their role in this generation of kpop which is shaping up to be the renaissance of girl groups. Second golden era, and IVE, is one of the leaders.

Ive never fail. Every song is pure bop and a hit. Even "Kitsch" got show wins. They've hit the right formula of group, visuals, vocals, production, videos and song composition at the right time. The management decisions to time the comebacks, to pick the songwriters and pick the songs is immaculate. I hope they keep their run of success and hits.

I can't get over their vocals, Liz is treated like the main vocalist again, Wonyoung got less lines but killed all of them, Gaeun killt it, I mean look at her sassyness, Leeseol hit those angelic notes and Yujin sang her soul out and all of them have us THE WALK !❤😊
