Ya this is like one of their best songs. Great album too! Compared to Love Dive which was a great song too, I AM has meaningful lyrics and very fresh vibrant sound!
When I first listened to this song it sounded nice to me and nothing more, and I wasn't IVE's stan.

ngl, or even being overreacting, eveytime i listen to I AM, i feel goosebumos and feeling like i'm crying when it gets to the prechorus after the bridge (dont know what to call it) cuz yes, the lyrics "i hope you'd be someone dreams come true" or even the "you are someone dreams come true" hits sooooooooooo different yk

literally same the lyrics are so beautiful
all of their songs until now including most of their bsides are literal bops...they give off a vibe only they can- somehow magical and nostalgic.
also i noticed they add a lot of little layers to all parts of their songs so nothing stands empty; even just a plain instrumental part has much to give, i literally discover new elements everytime i listen closer to their songs. their lyrics are great and rhythmical to the flow of the song too, they actually make sense.
