Enjoyed the video. I appreciate the realness of it and the fact you kept in and explained the things that went wrong. Coming from the gunpla model world, this model was possibly the worst one I've worked on. Those legs are a big pain! It's crazy that they aren't making these with tight to fit joints.

It was a trip to be sure, but in the end, I was really happy! thanks for watching.

My biggest issue with dryder miniatures is they are never consistent in size, and they're no where near the size the MM says they are, but i love your take on the colors.

That's a good point with the scale Zero. I even noticed when getting some source artwork for the project, some Driders are depicted as almost HUGE creatures, and some are as small as their Drow brethren, where in the MM they are just large.
Glad you liked the colour choices! Happy Hump Day!

I’m sorry that you had such trouble with this one. The legs should have differently shaped pegs for attachment, like the eyestalks on the Nolzur’s beholder, to prevent them from getting mixed up. The model is really cool, as it has a lot of surfaces for dry brushing and highlights. I love your colours and the OSL. And yes, I would LOVE to get that Reaper base. You did an absolutely fantastic job on this project.

Thank you for your comments Ronald. The folks at Wizkids have mentioned to me that the keying is something they're working on for subsequent waves of Frameworks, so that's good! :)

The frameworks drider is too much bigger than the nolzur, is it possible to have a video with comparison size of frameworks minis, dwarf, elf etc..? greetings

driders baby yeah. looks a little over complicated for a monster. maybe if you can pose the legs on a crazy base that has higher and lower points I could see it.

Yeah even having made my own path with legs... It followed the general idea, all 8 points on the floor!
I did enjoy that reaper base though!

I just built this one the other day and it was my first frameworks model (though I have assembled some Warhammer models before). It was a pain to assemble. The instructions are terrible and small and the legs don’t quite go in as they should and glueing them to the base was annoying since the tips of the legs are so tiny. But the final product does look cool.

    Very nice
I don’t think I have the patience to use minis that need put together though

It's definitely a mini hobby of its own!
