He's a pioneer and a true artist who has a power house voice that is one in a billion. His style and range of emotional expression he is able to deliver to a live audience or a listener on an album outweighs and defies many other lead singers in bands still to this day. You are a true inspiration like your song no surrender belts out so beautifully on the album fire power! :)

Yes, it's true Manalishi is not an original Priest song, however, much like Diamonds and Rust and some others, they made the cover so unique that not everyone know they are covers from other artists/bands. While Owens did his job singing for Priest (how good or bad he was is entirely on each fan to decide), the Lemmy Award goes to honor a metal career.
