Richardson didn't have many reps in college. Development was always going to be necessary for him to become the NFL QB that he can be. I hope the Colts coaching staff has the skills and commitment to AR to give him the best.
I have AR in both my dynasties, I desperately want this guys to succeed.. but "lowkey" glad to be benched, "sacrificing" by doing stuff he doesnt want to do (ie helping out on the sideline). Beyond his raw, undeveloped skills, I also question his maturity and intelligence
Well yeah. His maturity was always in question. He's the youngest starting QB in the NFL. He was a little cocky coming into the league, stating "NFL is lowkey eaiser than College". He's always been the best athlete on the field and has always been told that. He finally got his wake up call in the NFL and has to change his ways and mature. Just takes time. I have faith he'll get there.
Honestly Richardson for better or worse is probably going to be the reason alot of these younger quarterbacks start being the best version of themselves on the field...working n studying that much harder because it's all everyone keeps talking about 🤷♂️🤷♂️ guys like Caleb Williams..Jayden Daniels...CJ Stroud...yea Stroud n Daniels are already shining but maybe there's more that they can do to upgrade their game now.👀
Well that's not entirely true they were four and four because of both Anthony Richardson and Joe Flacco. Joe Flacco played really well in the two games he got in and helped win them. It just has not worked out the last 2 weeks since he was put in as the starter

When they lose to the Jets because AR completes 50% of his passes and throws a couple picks they will blame everyone but him. He never gets the blame. He's being coddled. I don’t think anyone is saying that. But obviously if he really is doing all the little things now and grinding harder than ever, it will pay off and the game will slow down for him each game
@ No, that will just reinforce his many bad habits. He needs to spend a year with qb coaches reworking his entire throwing motion so he can be a consistent passer. He also needs to learn discipline while scrambling, he has gotten himself hurt too many times and not even played 20 games yet.
