+attackoneyebrows I did. I checked that box. I keep thinking I'm loading the files wrong but I'm doing them correctly. I thought also that I needed to match clip amounts. so I did. still no luck. I'm lost. but I appreciate you replying 😊
+chrischris05 hm, that's really weird. did you select all the original frames in the timeline when you were pasting the new ones? the way you load your files shouldn't affect anything.
I know I'm 4 years late, but make sure you've selected all the gifs in the original gif, otherwise it'll work only for the first frame and then the rest of the second gif will just interrupt and play before the rest of the first gif.

when I try to do this. the first gif plays and then the second one. how are you making them Play at the same time. this is .y issue
+chrischris05 when you paste the frames you have to make sure you "paste over selection", or else your frames will just paste sequentially.

I was stuck for about thirty minutes trying to do a much more complicated approach, thanks for simplifying it!!!
