A good leader prepares, teaches, motivates, inspires, and encourages those team members in their charge to do their jobs well so that they don't have to step in and do them for them. This dynamic leads to increases in overall productivity, strong team spirit and effort as opposed to frustration, apathy and hostility. When a leader does their job well they don't need to micromanage because they trust in their ability to prepare their team members well and that they are each capable individually and as together as a team to get the job done. 💛

I hope you find a healthier work environment with better management next time around.💛 Wishing you success and happiness in the future and best of luck finding a new job.🙏

@@theinsultingfrenchman5052 I'm so glad to hear that. With every ending in our lives comes an opportunity for a new beginning. Each job teaches us something about ourselves and others. When we are able to take a step back and look at the big picture with an open mind we can often see things that we did and could have done differently and what others did and could have done differently as well. No one is perfect especially in a workplace situation. There are a lot of variables that can add or detract value from each of our overall experiences. By taking the lessons learned we can work towards taking steps to make our next experience different and better than the last. 💛
Keep your head up and get back out there and find a job that is the right fit for you . People always say make sure you put your best foot forward in the interview and I agree; however the interviewer needs to do the same as well as they represent the vibe of what the company stands for and the type of people they employee. If you don't feel like it's a good fit from the start keep on looking, because the environment and the people you work with can make all of the difference in your day.💛
Take one day at a time and be kind to yourself along the way. The one benefit of falling down is you have the opportunity to get back up again and come back stronger then ever. 🙏💛😊

Agree. Leaders must be empathetic, compassionate, and understanding, and should be able to connect with each team member on an individual level. That goes way beyond just being in charge of the work that needs to be done.

I wish people would recognize this as leadership in real life. This is how I treat my team, but upward management despise me for caring for those below me. Like it pains them to see others succeed in life.

Leadership is a position of service. Are there some sacrifices to be made? Yes. However, I personally feel and believe that the rewards inherent of service outweigh the sacrifices.

Forgive me if I'm wrong, but the Army used to have a dual track for enlisted to progress, one for leadership and one for technical merit, since not everyone who was good at their job was also well suited to be a leader, but yet they still deserved seniority / progression as they stayed in expert roles and developed their missions. I wish that was more common so the best kept getting "promoted" without hitting Peter principle levels of incompetence in leadership.

A true leader loves his people and his land, that means the leader will not lead his people to war but towards peace, the leader will not divide . Because the leader is not alone she/he might even have to fight of the rotten apples near her/him if the people loves their leader they want the same no war no fight but a solution , and teach the rotten apples what love really is.

If you're good at your job, you don't always get promoted because people promote those they are fond of or related to first. I lost getting a job at 18-19 yrs old. Not because I wasn't good at testing for the job. The boss told me I would fit in great and was a precise, fast key puncher (type of typist) but he wasn't hiring me because his niece needed a job. Go figure that out.

Simon makes it sound really good but in reality society doesn't look that way. I've lived through this life and discrimination and racism are big parts in America today.

Do you know a person who is trustable, educated and that is knowledgeable can all have same products if they have cognitive skills and its not exhageratable great. Some people have communication skills better, some have persution skills better, some have the charisma, these aren't needed too in getting the job done . Other mean ways and accomplishment is not worth getting there too that are unfits there. But these are with most humans that are wasting their time thinking something is greater there than they are... Don't exhalt positions that's not the same as perceiving and achieving the reals. That's not even knowing the existing problems changes too

No! Leader is a pride, its not a position too anymore, when education and information is for everyone, Its simply persuasions, its terrible its actually crime in today's reality.. Only criminals can opt that too. to take away sanity . Children have to obey parents, families should be greatest. Jobs are only to serve. Complicating that is not needed atall people want to act like great just leave them dance poor IQ lesser Some sort of inferiority complex..
