First time seeing your video, although I am like 8 days late. Remember Jamaicans worked on building the Panama Canal and descendant of our people are there. My wife is Panamanian/American and I’ve visited many times. Beautiful place, people and food. 👍 up video, one love from Rochester, NY.

The culture has a lot of Caribbean vibes because of the history of the African diaspora and yes Jamaica is a cousin of Panama 🇵🇦 my father-n-law bless his soul has his family ties to Jamaica 🇯🇲 if you had more time to visit more of Panama I’m sure you and your family would see and feel the similarities. I claim Panama but I’m actually a US citizen my wife and her family are all from Panama , Central America and as I said before Jamaican ties. For you my beautiful sister I will come back to your page to give you more information so that you can experience more of the local culture at a better price range so that you can get more bang for your buck. Plus I know the best gentleman to take care of you on any type of tour I call him one shoe Willie he’s awesome fun and extremely knowledgeable of his country. Peace and Love ❤️

I took my lady there a couple years ago. Definitely one of my favorite place in the world. I recommend you get a rental car so you can really explore the country so much to do there. I can't wait to go back.

Could you provide an estimate that one should travel with when going to Panama?
I mean it all depends on what you’re planning to do there. I spent 3 nts but with all my tours, food and transfer I spent about $350-$400

atm if you’re fully vaccinated then no covid test is required. if you aren’t then you will need a negative test

So Nice! Are you aware that many Jamaicans, Bajans & Trinis were migrant workers constructing the Panama Canal? Many remained in Panama & live in Colon, they contributed much to Panamanian culture. There is a wonderful Restaurant Bar at 12 Via Argentina, El Cangrejo, Panama City, Panama called 'Caribe' that serves delectable Colon Carribean Panamanian Cuusine...Karaoke was LIT!!!🔥🔥🔥
