Hate to repeat this again, but winning the elction changes NOTHING, if the Supreme Court will just allow trump to claim the elction was rigged, but this time have SCOTUS agreeing with him, and tossing the results, until eventually they can fix the eleection in trump's favor. I would never so not to vote, who knows when an honest person in high places can somehow stop the madness. But if you are counting on more Dem votes alone to get us out of this hole, you are fooling yourself. She's been pulled up for it by the 11th circuit of appeals. Ffs she even suggested the government couldn't handle their own classified evidence, she took the case even though there's no SCIF there to view the evidence, so one now has to be built at a cost of several millions, and she ran a hearing of amicus briefs on the crazy notion that Smith was wrongly appointed to the case, when it's completely unheard of for a judge to do such a thing.

Sure I agree, but we need solutions. Talking about how impotent we apparently are as a country, or that our hands are tied legally seemingly in every single legal matter is not acceptable. If that is the case, we have to use the military, while they are still under a Democrat president. Biden should have blitzed the right the second we learned the immunity ruling was in. But I'm voting a straight Blue ticket in November to try and get a Congress that will expand SCOTUS, enact an enforceable ethics code and to Impeach Thomas and Alito.
Judge Cannon must have hired a new clerk, one who wrote the ruling.

To have a conservative judge is not a problem. To have a judge that was appointed by a man accused of espionage in the area where he would be tried who is an open supporter of said corrupt man - unacceptable. It's hard to imagine a stronger case for forced recusal simply due to the massive APPEARANCE of a massive conflict. Not to mention that this judge has already been called out by her peers for trying to protect Trump in an obvious, ridiculous fashion.

Disbarment has zero legal effect effect on federal judges. Federal judges serve lifetime appointments and can only be removed via the impeachment process.

I don't understand why the whole immunity thing matters in this case. He's indicted for keeping the documents after being told to return them, and hiding them so the wouldn't be found. None of that was done while he was president, so none of it can be an official act.
he claims he has immunity before, after, and during the time he was elected. he doesn't care about facts, like most dumpsters, so he thinks every thing he does or says is an official act or protected by the constitution. and the corrupt courts and judges like cannon and the conservative members of SCOTUS agree with him, sad to say.
