    Hello again do we have a limit on how much meditation we do daily? I find myself listening to your meditation every time i feel anxious apart from the default morning and before sleep times.

      Hi love, I don’t think that we can do it “too much”, however it is good to build up a practice where you aren’t too reliant on listening to something to get that relief. That is something we can build up to over time as our mind/body becomes more familiar with the practice and learns to regulate without it ♥️
      Maybe next time during the day when you feel anxious just try closing your eyes (if it’s safe to) and just focus on your breathing, be patient, and see how long it takes for things to settle down.

    TL, DR: I am the problem, not your videos, did not work but will do my best to make it work. You have an amazing voice!
    I know it works and the problem is me. I suffer from ADHD + anxiety disorder, panic attacks, agorafobia and tons of other mental problems. I was angry and feeling butterflies in my belly, the bad kind of butterflies feeling, the depressive ones, and when you asked how i felt right now after the meditation i realized that i felt worse. Even more angry, it did not help at all, you would ask question throughout the audio and every single one of them were "NO". Can you feel this without judging it> "No" i would say because i was judging the smells, Can you feel this, that and that all at once> "No!" I would say, because that is how i felt, i did not managed to do anything of the things you asked if we could.
    This is my first real try on meditation. I have tried before, but i would always stop, i had a recent relapse with my depression and life so i am not on the best terms with me and life as of right now.
    Now, i am not saying the audio is bad, the video is bad, actually, you earned a subscriber and i think you are underrated and deservers more views and follows and to help with that, i will be liking your videos, not only because i found it to be good but because i think you deserve, you help people. So all of the negative text was only me telling you what i felt and am feeling right now, before and after the video, the breathing part did calm me a bit when i was doing but when we stopped, all came back. All that aside, i will come tomorrow here and listen to your beautiful voice and very well made videoaudio guided meditation again. The plan is to do this almost every single day and from time to time, update on how i am feeling and not stop and vanish as i always do. Feel free to delete my comment if you don't want that by the way.
    Video bookmark so i don't ever forget about it.

      Firstly I want to let you know that I am so grateful for this honesty. Meditation is HARD. Especially when doing it for the first time, and hearing you talk about your experience reminded me of all the moments I felt the same way - I also have ADHD and have struggled with anxiety and depressive episodes my entire adult life - this is why I make these videos.
      The guidance I can give;
      - have more compassion for yourself in the moments when you cannot take a step back and become the observer. You won’t feel this way every time.
      - try out different types of meditation, maybe mindfulness isn’t your thing!
      - just show up ♥️ no time in meditation is ever wasted, it is just time spent understanding ourselves better.
      Thank you so much for the kind words and support, please keep in touch to let me know how you move forward on this journey ♥️

      @@soul.tranquility Here i am again , today is the 3rd day of this journey and even though i still felt angry and depressed and sometimes even wandering aimlessly to my anxious and depressed thoughts, i managed to most of the time pay attention to your beautiful voice and bring at least half of my attention. I also at the end of the video after the question asking me to see how i felt at the beginning and now, i can say that even though i am angry and still depressed. Even if it is a little bit, i feel like it helped me. i felt a little bit of happiness for a second when i saw that i felt a little better just by listening to your beautiful voice and instructions. Speaking of beautiful voice, this is a meditation and a asmr video at the same time to me.
      You are indeed very underated. Wish i could make your videos appear for more people who are in need of help to be blessed and helped by you. See you soon. If i am bothering by spamming comments here as updates, please do tell me, i don't want to make a mess of your comment section, nor be treated differently, i just wish to leave a diary of my days and how i deal with them and at the same time if you do see my comments, receive feedback.
      If you were to have a community discord (not asking for a personal one) that would be better for your community to share their thoughs and be helped by others who are going through the same and knowing that they are not alone and even making friends going through the same in that community would be an amazing thing, just an idea.
      I know i could just search your channel, but i rather ask you, at least it makes me feel better talking to you. Do you have other kinds of guided meditations in your channel> I only ever done mindfullnes, it have helped me, but if there is more, i would like to try at least and see how it goes.
      Hope you don't give up doing what you are doing because even though it is not a ton of people being reached, the few that do, are in fact being helped by you. So keep it up the amazing work you are doing. Cheers from Brazil, a very far away place and because of that, i apoligize for my mistakes as English is a language i learned playing video games and watching movies in English so there's problably a lot of mistakes, i tried to be as correct as possible. 'til next time.
