Because the fate franchise is so focused on characters that use magecraft. I think it would be really interesting to have a character that has no access to any supernatural abilities but is just so skilled smart and determined that they are still very powerful despite being a "regular" human. Kind of like Batman.

I think Lord El Melloi II is the closest to this can you have. He has magecraft but with mana circuit potential nearing zero, but his deduction skills and intelligence are so good he basically disassembles magecraft through analysing them. In the future (Lord El Melloi II's Adventures), he's known as the 'Plunderer' from how he learns and analyses magecraft from just a look, and he earns money by literally analysing and copyrighting magecraft intricacies. He's also known as Zhuge Liang in F/GO.

However, Waver's analytical skills are extremely powerful, even in Servant parameters it's at the ridiculous level of A.
Yeah, as mentioned, this is already Waver's thing. Even freaking Ritsuka has better practical Magecraft potential (yes, they only have one spell they can do on their own, that being Gandr, but that's in less than a year while Waver still can't even Gandr)
Personally, I think Elron is the only one among the four who needs a small arc of her own since they just kicked off her character development so strong it definitely needs a finishing touch.
As one person which speaks Portuguese, cerejeira Elron is one of the few Portuguese in the nasuverse and is close enough, I am still looking for one day to have an Brazilian person or servant in the nasuverse because so far to my knowledge we have so far cerejeira Elron (Portuguese mage, her name cerejeira is literally cherry tree on Portuguese in other words she is also in some way another person named Sakura), Francis Xavier (mentioned through nicknames of hakuno kishinami, he is Navarre but is also considered being an Portuguese due to him serving the Portuguese empire) and Vasco da gama (mentioned in fate/requiem, portuguese navegant) And again I'm looking for one day the fate works (especially FGO) include at least 1 servant of each country to make the representative of each one better (south American servants are even to this day an mystery there is ORT on the south America)
