Ninjas please stop judging this lady. That is what trauma does to people sometimes. She has been through so much that she doesn't know which part to touch on. When someone makes you go through so much the story can be less coherent but not invalid. Be kind
You've articulated that so well and that was my exact thought. Doing the internal work and Therapy really helps in healing the trauma wound.

Yes, Jane might have had a bad experience with her late husband. But the same husband was someone’s child/brother/an important member of the community
How does the family feel when watching her making such utterances and name shaming?. There is a different between “voetsek” and “get out of my house”. They both carry a common meaning but one is appropriate and the other is rude!.

People in this comment section keep on saying “the story is all over the place” then laugh. This is so sad because the lady went through a lot of things which messed up her mind and keeps on remembering bits and pieces to throw in because it’s part of her releasing all those traumatic experiences. I think we need to watch these stories to learn and try to imagine what the story teller went through. Some people cannot open up and end up resorting to drugs/suicide simply because people call them “touch & go” and invalidate their stories. I personally believe that Owami brings these guests into the podcast to teach people of the horrible life possibilities one can face not to be judged and invalidated. I personally got married young and divorced in less than 2 years. I couldn’t tell a straight story at first because it was a lot of traumatic things everyday…and I mean everyday to a point I also had to be admitted to just tell my story everyday to my psychologist and psychiatrist and trust me, the story telling kept on getting better and better with time. Right now I even laugh about it when I share the story and I can articulate it better than when it was still new and packed all over my mind. One thing you need to know, we don’t go through such horrible experiences packed up in order, everything happens unexpectedly and leaves you traumatised while the other one is happening. You don’t even have a chance to digest your traumas so the way she is telling her story is the way she remembers it. Stop trying to invalidate people especially if you have not been there.
We definitely need a part 2 in as much as her story is all over it is understandable she has been through so much,she truly is an imbokodo

The tittle of this episode should be touch and leave.
The story is not easy to follow..The guy wanted to send her back to her parents house after she caught him cheating in her marital home because she came home late from church yet he was the one who was supposed to pick her.
He never wanted to test when he was on his death bed yet at one point he asked her why she had disclosed to her aunt that he was positive. Why was testing necessary when it was an open secret. Plus was there a need insist on testing yet it was a now a life and death situation.
How was the guy sleeping with everyone when he had issues down there..(what you guys termed “disabled” lol 😂 )
He died broke with a rickety car yet he left his mom and side chicks everything.
Im lost but sat through everything. I wish you had put her TH-cam channel as promised. We will still watch part two regardless Ninja 🥷 ❤
