I also experienced Lichen planus , and the reason she couldn’t sleep it’s because of the prednisone medication which will make you tired in the morning and not sleepy at all at night and your body will be so tired ahh 😩😩😩😩But I think Vulery should continue talking about her condition cause it’s helping people going through the same thing like me heal cause she once said you need to fall in love with your skin for it to heal and i remember just wanting the marks off so much ❤😂

I had lichen planus in 2020/2021..this was after i had covid. . The dermatologist said its stress induced or after effects of covid. She gave me steroid injections and cream... within 3 months it has subsided and now the scars are barely visible. It is horrible to have but i believe God healed me.

The body is a wild place, all the feelings you repressed had nowhere to go and as a result manifested as this illness. I’ll always be an advocate for saying what you feel and letting that stuff out however it comes because you will literally die by being strong and holding stuff in to be tough

O my word i had these on my whole body and yes it starts from the stomach i had to change my bed and the ceilings tjo I was also depressed I could not sleep and would cry the whole time 😢 I did not know this is caused by stress I get patches every now and then now .

I am wondering if she can get a physical therapist that deals specifically with hands. I now believe in physical therapy, it has helped me in strengthening my shoulder as it heals so that I can keep my mobility.

I think i met one of these cameroonian guys...this tuesday i was at Eastrand mall and one guy approached me...he said he is from cameroon, He is datk skinned he was putting on a snow white shirt and a black formal trouser,so now he calls me almost everyday wanting me to visit him or we should go for lunch or supper, or vist ..at his place, He said he is staying in Sandton...But what he said makes me think he is one of those because he said he is very Spiritual..., i feel like running for my own life because i dont even want to be connect with him, i might end up getting trapped by their concotions.

Thank you Queen for a powerful episode I can relate because I also have and autoimmune disease it's is called " Dermatomyositis.
I remember having this condition and it ate away my hair😢
People still think I enjoy short hair kante nope... I had no choice. My Dr screamed so bad when I took off my clothes to show him my condition. He had never seen anything like that before and had to always make me that special cream whenever I ran out. All got better after the divorce was finalised
