Any suggestions on how to become smoother? I just got the game 2 days ago but with Joycon and accurate triggers I find it hard to be smooth with my inputs. Is it just working at it continuously until I get it down? I set my deadzones at 5 inside, 10 outside.
1, Dont try to be fast try to be smooth even if it means giving up postions or dropping back. 2, learn the tracks and how to take corners. 3rd id say learn how to go manual with no assists. Tips from a slightly above average racer.
@@vietnamesetoast6776 I'm playing no assists but right now on low power cars. I really need to work on my timing for hitting apexes and how to approach S turns leading into a straight, like Miami infield for example. I feel like being smooth will be important when I get to more powerful cars.
@@XTwarrior1985 i have found adjusting the front toe can help with finding your turn in speeds. Because in your mind you may be ahead or behind the cars turning response thus making it feel like you need to correct mid corner. Give it a whirl no harm in trying.
@@XTwarrior1985 cant remember if its negative or positive toe but push it to the right and quicker turning response and to the left for retarded response.
It's good to see you occasionally drive like a mere mortal.
I love this Volvo irl. It’s nice locking and very practical.
Would have love to see you tackle the curb problem

I would suggest to just keep practicing and improving. You’re new to the game so you’ll see huge gains the more you play.
Do you change front wheel drive to rear?
Nope! Usually I leave the drivetrains stock.
@@Raceboy77 interesting. I’ve been tending to change to rwd on all builds
@@Raceboy77 ps. Loving the content. You seem like a genuine good guy. Hope your channel grows
@@Akhtungbaby thank you! The one cars I occasionally swap are mid engine AWD swaps to RWD.
@@Raceboy77 yeah. I’m not seeing the advantage of awd tbh. Rwd seems to be the better balance
Eating wall is almost as bad as eating crow. But worse for your face.
