    How does a visa 482 holder whom had resigned able to work for other employer during that given 180 days transition period to support himself (while looking for a new sponsor)? Does it involved another type of interim visa?

    • @estellebright2579
      @estellebright2579 หลายเดือนก่อน

      No. There is no interim visa. The condition itself will support the new transition period. You still hold the same visa.

    Hi channel AMEC
    I watched your video about lodging a complaint (4 apr 2022) I applied for a WHV subclass 462 and they have changed processing times twice. I’m now outside processing times and I don’t know what to do…
    Please help…if I lodge a complaint does that change anything ? I’m scared it might just negatively affect my visa process.

    Mr. Karl, Do you think they should grant direct regional PR visas, without the long wait of 3 years in the regions if the main applicant has a relative like an Australian brother/sister or first cousin living and working outside the bigger cities?

    • @estellebright2579
      @estellebright2579 29 วันที่ผ่านมา

      The problem is always this: regional is regional because it’s not as advanced and well versed as Sydney Melbourne and Brisbane. Without the lock out in the form of visa conditions, those who got PR would just move to big cities after the grant, defeating the purpose of regional visas. By introducing this 3 year period government hopes some of them will appreciate regional area and settle outside of big cities, removing themselves from congesting big cities and contributing to regional economy.

      @@estellebright2579 but most jobs, let say in the agriculture sector, require mostly a PR card in order to work in these field on a full-time purpose. how am I suppose to land a job if I'm not 100% entiltled to work with most of these companies?

    • @estellebright2579
      @estellebright2579 29 วันที่ผ่านมา

      @@nourismail97 I understand your frustration and it is just that employers don't want to deal with complex visa rules so they go by citizen/PR only most of the time. But for DOHA, they cannot grant regional PR visas without adding some limitations or providing more incentives to push people to settle in regional areas. It's a hard balance and tough for them to assess whether someone is willing to settle in the regional or not without actions backing their claims up.

    • @estellebright2579
      @estellebright2579 29 วันที่ผ่านมา

      @@nourismail97 lots and lots of people get 491, settle in the region temporarily, get 191, and move to big cities. It's the opposite of what a regional provisional visa is for.

    • @nourismail97
      @nourismail97 29 วันที่ผ่านมา

      @@estellebright2579 I really appreciate your valuable insights. But for instance, if they wanna triple the permanent regional visas, I believe they need to create some sort of a balanced ground for both sides.
