When Tak meets the Dream Guardian after reuniting the two halves. The Dream Guardian wanted his staff back which Tak already knew. But at least he apologized for beating him up earlier. But what mattered was that the staff was back to its rightful owner.
Great memories, although I remember the fight being longer. Yet again I was a kid and also I tend to remember everything in the past taking longer. Also that fake ending got me as a kid.
You probably figured it out now, but just in case: If you mean the lightning bolts that Tak shoots into the sky to strike surrounding enemies, you're able to do that by holding the Mana button (which is used for sprinting), press the attack button and depending on the platform of your choice press the Circle (Ps2)/X (GameCube)/B (XBox) button, normally pressing the attack button and circle results in a spin attack but by holding the Mana button the Spin Attack becomes lightning bolts that strike down surrounding enemies, you can cancel the slow-motion effect by jumping. It kills even the beefier enemies in one hit, you earn this just before the Planetarium. Generally speaking there's a couple Mana enhanced abilities you receive through story progression that replace your default actions when the Mana button's pressed, like if you hold the Mana button and double jump and attack you get this Juju Kick that defeats enemies in front of you in one hit.

Still the best boss in the Tak games and a great way to end Tak 2.
