Dayz and Pubg are the only 2 games that have given me real life stress and relief that no other game could ever achieve. Winning a chicken dinner for the first time and looting Military base by yourself and getting an AR for the first time are heart pounding situations...
the adrenaline given from DayZ is like no other game.. fucking horrible at some points.
People with heart conditions shouldn't play dayz. The Intensity of encounters is unmatchable. My palms never get so sweaty so quickly with any other game 😂

Something I realised about playing DayZ is, I’ll never quit, I’ll sometimes just take longer breaks from it
My favourite thing about DayZ is no matter how big your setbacks, no matter how much loot you just lost, being back on the beach is still ok, because you then start that feeling of finding anything good feeling like you won the lottery. Despite being a game that’s a complete ball kick at times, it’s somehow so engaging and easy to continue with

I tried to play DayZ on xbox and I thought it was pretty fun but I didn't know how to do anything and the controls were pretty wonky so I just kinda lost focus. I'd walk around and try to loot for like an hour or 2 and then just die to a zombie or starvation. Still want to play it when I get back from deployment though
Just spend your first few days getting food staying dry and finding a blade make fires and rags and sticks. People spemd too much trying to loot everything and find it hard to survive in the whole Process, being fed ans having plenty of water will. Keep you pretty safe. Be prepared to sit out alot of the rain.
