      Anonymously_ Known A great starting journal prompt is “Something I’m secretly afraid of is _____” Fill in the blank and expound as to why it scares you and maybe how long you’ve felt that way. I hope this helps!

    Tbh, I didn't think this was gonna work. My head and heart haven't been doing great, but I wasn't able to bring my self to put it on paper, but, then I came across this video. At first I was like, "let me just click on this to see what it is like and if it's good, I'll go back to it later and try to do it." But after a few minutes, I actually joined in. I played it a second time and got about 30ish min of writing. Thankk you so much! Been a passive follower for a while, but just wanted to tell you today that I really appreciate your work.     Yes! I love this kind of videos! Knowing that somebody is journalling with you at the "same time" makes me to push my self and write down all my thoughts everyday in those 20 minutes.

    I have a goal of journaling for 15 minutes everyday and I was not feeling ready to write down and go through all the negative emotions I’ve had today, and I’m so glad I found this video! It was really nice to have the sound of you journaling to keep me going and processing the things I didn’t want to. I actually got a lot done in 20 minutes and am ready to finish my day strong ❤

    I absolutely loved journaling with you Aileen. I’ve been waking up at noon lately but today was the first day I woke up at 8:30 in a long while. I wrote down things I was grateful for- mostly the people in my life, how well I’ve been taking care of my expenses. I also wrote about a possible unhealed emotional wound from something that bothered me yesterday. I didn’t expect to write what my inner child might need to hear but I feel more aware today and in tune with myself and I wrote about my top 3 that I’d like to get done. Please do more of these videos doing self help activities with you!!

    first of all, I do not journal every day. But lately, I have been thinking a lot about myself, who I want to become in the future, what I truly want in life, what really makes me happy, etc. I am currently a first-year college student, and I am having a thought of dropping out of college. Journaling really helps me to takes this slow and think more carefully about this decision before making any mistake that will be my regrets later. I have so many things in my thoughts that I did not know. Honestly, I needed to replay this video twice in order to fully let all my thoughts down to the paper.

    I got three and a half pages of thoughts and reflections from today written in 20mins and i never would have thought to sit down and give myself a 20minute timer. it makes it seem like a lot less of a hassle to do and now im willing to just get out my journal every night for 20 minutes :)

    I used this video as an opportunity to journal in my target language, (Japanese) which I haven't done in a while. It was very calming to write to and watch. I felt very concentrated that I will definitely journal to this video again :)

    I've been journaling for the past month, almost everyday and I was going good but recently had viral ,high fever so I was not in the condition of even holding a pen. good news is that I recovered so I wanted to continue but I was not having the motivation to start again ..then I searched for videos that can help me and i found this!! and it was amazing ,thankyou for your support I could feel like I was journaling with someone. it was a good experience 😊

    I loved it! I wasn't done with my journaling in 20 minutes haha but it was really nice to journal with someone, a little company is always good I think. It kind of made me feel like I had someone next to me who also needed some space to write down all their worries and leave them behind there in a journal, very comforting and calming

    This was actually really helpful for my procrastination. I normally work from home as a freelancer but would break up my work week by going to co-working spaces or coffee shops because you just need that human interaction interspersed during your work week (at least I do, even as an introvert). Because of quarantine and the pandemic...that hasn't been possible. I didn't realize you had this video up until recently and it definitely helps as I've taken to playing those 1hr longs lo-fi study music videos to help. Not sure if you'll be making another one, but I'd definitely love a longer one. 🧡

    This was so cool. I really like journaling but I fail to be consistent with it. If you share these videos it would be a nice reminder to grab my journal and write along with you. Also, your background noises were very peaceful and lovely. Thank you
