The blinkers don’t need the clock spring, I removed mine and they still work. Is more probably bad bulbs or knob
No the blinker works but when you turn the wheel back they don’t shut off that’s the problem
It might be a bad knob, as said before I have a 95 cavalier without clockspring and quick release steering wheel and blinkers are fine
The only downside is the horn
