I love it! I had never seen in until I was a junior/senior in HS. At that HS they LOVED the principal he was amazing. So many cried when he retired. I love seeing this school celebrate the principal like this!

They allow the janitress to lock the bathrooms during all periods except break and lunch not even allowing kids with medical conditions to use the bathroom. They don't pay the lunch lady so she went on strike for two weeks and haven't come back so we all starve. They only support guidance counselors and pay for useless field trips but can't support teachers trying to motivate students so the teachers dig into their own pockets and buy things for the classroom and extra activities etc. I can name 10 more

I'm still in contact with some of those students to this day. Although they were a constant thought, I was struggling to pay my bills. When I went back to visit, the new teacher said " you must be Miss B. I never saw them like this before and it made my heart smile.
That's the best feeling for teacher and not only the fact that they were able to see their students learning each day through them but also being able to see and feel that they're loved and respected by their students
