🥰 thank you!! Oh the Magna Carta is lovely! I justttt uninked it to give it a little break, but it’s such a good one. FPR also has some great/(similar?) flex nibs I hear that I want to check out at some point.
I know I'm a little late to the party but I just discovered your channel. Two things that kind of surprised me about your collection is that there was nothing from Edison or Retro51. There's not too much overlap between our collections but that's what makes this hobby so enjoyable. Just for fun I'd suggest you try one of BENU's more "extreme" designs such as something from their Viper collection. Best wishes. ✒️🙂

So jealous you were able to pick out your favorite Euphoria! That beauty came out during a time I told myself I could not get it because it uses the basic 3 rings on the cap band and I had already bought a lot from fountain pen day and black friday. I was so sad, but yours looks so beautiful and very unique! If I could pick mine, I would have probably wanted the one with more teal and purple and pink, but the yellow is a lovely contrast that who knows...I may end up liking that more if I picked one like yours. But alas, it is the one that got away and there will be more beautiful Leonardo collaborations out there as they always do!
I keep looking at the photo of the euphorias thinking maybe I should have spent longer picking one 😝- I didn’t want to inconvenience anyone with my indecision and my first thought was “more gold” so I chose one and didn’t want to look at them anymore 🤣🤣 - and you’re totally right! There are SO many amazing Leonardo collabs (including that upcoming one from atlas omg 🥲🤌🏽)

@@julia-here. Also, the Diplomat Traveler… does it post securely? I have seen earlier models that show the cap doesn’t stay on the barrel when posted… do you find it stays posted?
@kimberlyhardman8545 it is a secure post on this one! It even has something on the inside of the cap that gives you a little tension when capping but also seems to grip on to the pen when posted (I assume to help with scratching too). Great question!
Thanks for sharing your collection. You mentioned that your Pelikan M800 "now" has an extra fine nib on it. Were you able to switch it? Or did you have it ground down? And if so by who? I would love to know. I have the M800 in a medium nib and it is too thick for me, but I also love the way that pen feels to write with. I've been so conflicted about it. I've been thinking about getting it ground down to an extra fine, but not sure who to go to and/or if that's offensive to alter such a beautiful nib. haha.
Hey! I ended up just swapping it out with another m800 that a dealer friend of mine had, BUT I was planning on getting it ground down. My suggestion as far as who to get to do it is Kirk Speer from Pen Realm. He’s amazing and will take such good care of your nib! 💕
