  • @hakametal

    For those saying Conor is looking huge and that RDA is gonna get bullied, they both have the same nutritionist (forgot his name now). But he said in an interview that RDA walks around about 10lbs heavier than Conor.
    The fact of the matter is that Conor will not gain more muscle for 155 IF he intends to defend that 145 belt, because the drop to 145 would be even worse than it already is. RDA on the other hand is in optimal condition for 155 and WILL be leaner.
    If he can maintain muscle mass, he can easily bounce between 145 and 155, but he will not be in his optimal shape for 155.
    People need to realise that RDA is FAR more of a threat than Aldo ever was, under these conditions.

    This interview is 9 mins and 43 secs and Connor was breathing heavy from beginning to end. This can give an indication of what might happen if the fight goes on into the later rounds. Generally speaking, the breathing rate and heart rate should get fairly close to resting within a few mins of training for athletes like this but Connor was huffing and puffing like the big bad wolf.

    I understand if people don't like him because he comes off as cocky. But he thinks the way every athlete thinks. Every high school, college, and pro athlete thinks that way inside their head. If you want to be the best you have to in your head be confident. You have to think no one can beat me I'm the best. If you don't believe it you won't make it. That's what he does. Him expressing himself like this allows himself to help his own mental abilities along with getting in others heads. Yeah we like the humble athletes but for some to stay on top, there own mentality has to change. You could be the biggest basest guy around but with out the ability to understand the sport that guy will never win. Yeah it gets annoying but he's not playing for fans. He's playing for his own success and happiness. The same reason every other kid plays a sport. (And the money) . If humbleness doesn't work for him then he shouldn't be using it. Screw the fans. He's doing what loves and he's doing it his way

    @tonygareth221 8 ปีที่แล้ว

    No matter what happens, no one can say that Conor didn't come into the UFC and so his thing! He fights often, he's afraid of no one, and I respect him for it because this is the fight game!

    I can't understand why isn't there more promotion for this fight it's like he is fighting against some bum and not a champ

    • @jacko4693
      @jacko4693 8 ปีที่แล้ว +3

      It's in Conor's contract that he doesn't want any press conferences for this fight, he wants to just fight, no press

    • @lefthook6804
      @lefthook6804 8 ปีที่แล้ว

      Well that is maybe cuz he wants more time to prepare cuz this is a hard fight for him or he thinks that he doesn't need to attack him verbally like Aldo cuz he is a bum version of him.

      +AaronJacko123 but there is already a press conference you dumbass

    • @jacko4693
      @jacko4693 8 ปีที่แล้ว

      +theproblem not press conferences, basically he doesn't need to hype this fight up like he did the Mendes and the Aldo fight so now he could focus solely on training and preparing for dos Anjos

    Damn what the hell..when has there ever been a fighter who got over 1 million views in under a week for just an interview? McGregor single handedly propelled MMA to a higher degree of popularity. He's probably already the biggest name in MMA ever and is on his way to surpass the likes of Mayweather, Tyson, Ali, etc.

    Did an independent physician xray dos Anjos foot? Hopefully he isn't ducking McGregor to avoid embarrassment.

    The placings of his tatoos are the most painfull areas on the body. The spinal and the upper chest are joke.
