      Good day po sir, actually sir may mga designed po na makita mo sa suction mag build po ng ice kapag walang insulation po.. pero kapag sa compressor na po nag build ng ice cgurado may liquid na po yan sir.

      Good day po, hnd po ninyo nabanggit kung mababa po ba o mataas ang superheat po kung bakit hnd pasok sa designed ng system.. kapag TXV po ang gamit natin kahit overcharged po tayo hnd masyadong maaapiktuhan ang evaporation superheat, bakit naman po? Unan po ung TXV natin ang xang nag ko control ng liquid refrigerant para pumasok sa evaporato po.. kaya po ang mangyayari mag kokompulan po ang refrigerant natin sa condenser at liquid receiver at yan po ang maging dahilan ng high discharge pressure po natin.. ngaun po kung ok naman po ang charge natin pero medyo mababa or mataas ang superheat natin, may adjustment po ng superheat sa TXV po at pwedi po nating laroin doon or kapag hnd nagbabago ang superheat value kahit ina adjust po natin, jan po maaaring may problema po tau sa TXV po..sana po nakatulong po sa inyo.     Ilan po ba range temp. Ang super heat ng R404a. At R22. . Ung unit ko kasi r404a 300 psig sa discharge line. Suction line. 30psig...

    sir bakit po nagyeyelo ang high side ng split type aircon mula dun sa EEV hanggang access valve niya, tapos sobrang init ng compressor tapos namamatay ang compressor?

      Impossible po yan sir. Hnd ko pa.po na experience yan.. sa pagkakaalam ko po nangyayari lng po yan kapag may bara po kau sa high side pero napakalabo po.. I suggest po check nyo LS pressure at HS pressure po..

      ang nagyayari po sir, pag nagboboost siya, bababa ng hanggang 30 psi tapos magbibuild up na ng yelo sa high side pero hindi lumalamig ang low side, tapos mamamatay na siya.

      Superheat 8°C sa maliliit na system po, subcooling 15 to 20°C.. but again dipinde po sa designed at system po.. kapag chiller na flooded type po madalas halos mag 0 to 1.5 ang Superheat at subcooling natin 7 to 12°C.. thanks po

      Mostly po sir kahit anong refrigerant po ang gamit ,kadalasan nasa 5 to 8 po ang normal evaporation superheat at 5 to 20 naman ang subcooling.. pero minsan kilangan din po natin e consider ang condenser cooling temperature natin at kasama na rin po doon ang design ng manufacturer. Pero pagdating po sa malalaking chiller po almost zero superheat po yan sir.

      Evaporation superheat is:
      ☆Saturated temperature minus evaporator outlet temperature
      Total superheat is:
      Saturated temperature minus suction temperature.

      @@reftechhvacr Thanks sa paliwanag. Engineering po background ko at teacher din ako kaya, as much as possible yung technical terminology yung gusto ko ituro. Sa field of refrigeration meron kasi dalawang saturated temperatures. Yung sa evaporator is SST(Saturated Suction Temperature). Yung sa condenser is SCT(Saturated Condensing Temperature). Yung SST reference sa pagkuha ng superheat. Yung SCT reference sa pagkuha ng subcooling. SCT - Condenser Outlet Temperature = Subcooling .
